Vacation rentals with breakfast in Caelian Hill

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Host has very responsive and helpful. Location is AMAZING! Steps from St. Peter’s Square. Highly recommend this location and would definitely return.

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

Had the best sleep! The bed was really comfortable!

The apartment is smaller, but very cozy. Great hot tub with adjustable lighting. Very comfortable bed, we didn't even want to get up. 🙂 20 min to the subway, but who wouldn't walk in Rome, so I also take the location quite well. The host is great, he can offer something extra. We were very satisfied. I highly recommend. 👌✌️✌️

Stayed at Madelyn’s place for a week and was great, the house was neat when we arrived, the metro/bus stop was a 5 min walk from the house, there were nice restaurants/gelateria and even the LIDL supermarket around. The house was compact but worked perfectly for me and my boyfriend as we felt at home. Enjoyed every moment!!! Thanks Madelyn :)

Loved my stay here!! Was perfectly located to explore all of Rome. Was able to walk to all the main attractions. It was super clean and had a beautiful Italian flare that made me feel like a local. Would highly recommend for 2 people!

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

Easily connected to public transport. Fulvio was super helpful throughout our entire stay. We appreciated the view from the kitchen and the large rooms. I would recommend.

Antonio was a fabulous host. Great communication and arranged for transport from the airport. He had a lovely breakfast set up for us as well as some basics in the refrigerator which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was VERY quiet and clean. Nice location to get to the sites and restaurants. I will say again - he was just a wonderful host! Welcoming with added touches that we do not get at other Airbnbs. I highly recommend staying here.

Loredana is one of the best host that we have ever met. She is very generous, thoughtful, and kind. Her place is pretty close to train station, lots of eating places, and convenient to go around by walking, train or buses. My family enjoyed our stay in Rome and Loredana definitely made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for hosting us !

Incredible location. Fabulous place. Kind hosts. My teenage daughter, mother, and I stayed here for three nights. We enjoyed the quiet after a busy day. We found convenient connections to anywhere we went in the city. There is a Metro stop almost right outside the door to the building. There are multiple bus stops nearby as well. We enjoyed the stocked fridge as well as the convenience of a nearby grocery store. The building was very safe. It was also incredible to come back to a cool house after a hot day in Rome.

What a fantastic, quiet, and clean place! It was just about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum as well. The bus stop is just right in front of the apartment, and then the tram station is just a 3 minute walk away. Plenty of options food right near the place as well. But still, it’s in a residential area so it’s calm and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

alsssandro is very helpful who also gave us qave us quite alot of information of nearby attractions and local food. he is also responsive to every concerns/query. the stay is praceful. clean, safe and pleasant. it is about 15mins walk from the roma termini.

The property has charm, is easily accessible by public transport and is generously sized. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Francesco and his wife made us feel welcome. We would come back.

It was a great room with a bathroom, nice and tidy, everything as in the photos, YouTube and Netflix set on the TV. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and there are many restaurants nearby. On the dresser under the TV, there are tickets for a free Italian breakfast in a nearby cafe (sweet pastry, coffee, juice).

Very nice host and clean apartment. Due to the good layout, the other guests did not disturb either.

I was really happy mit stay at Silvia B&B. The room was exactly like the photo. The location is perfect. It’s only about 5 minutes walk to colloseum. There are a lot of nice restaurants around.

The apartment was amazing. Excellent location, near the metro and only 20’ walk from the Colosseum. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, including vegan, gluten free, and lactose free. Riccardo made some great recommendations on bars, restaurants, and itineraries. I would definitely come back!

Marina’s place was perfect for our stay! It was just the two of us so a great space and just a short bike ride to many restaurants and site seeing spots. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we thank Marina for being a great host.

Very convenient, the Host responds to messages in a timely manner, warm, and the room is very comfortable.It's quiet at night, convenient transportation, and you can easily get to the Colosseum from here.You need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush, and then you can use the European standard socket.The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the private bathroom is very convenient.Breakfast requires a visit to a nearby cafe, offering a cup of coffee and a bread roll.
