Beautiful and very clean place, would love to visit again.

What a lovely and clean space this host provided for us. My dance girls and I had a festival to be at all weekend so it was absolutely perfect as a quiet and relaxing clean place to crash after long days. We felt secure. A lovely spacious 1B1B. And my dog had plenty of space to chill for the day. The hosts were quick to respond which makes everything SO easy and peace of mind. Might even book again next year for the fest! The space is lovely, actually looks better than the photos! It's a very comfortable space, peaceful and quiet. The location is a great balance of being outside the hectic zone of Boulder proper, but still close enough to do anything you want in just a few minutes. Cindy was very communicative and helpful, and given the studio setup, the room had everything you would want and more. She supplied some fabulous snacks and drinks as well! I really enjoyed my time there and appreciate her hospitality.

Jill was an exceptional host, and her charming cottage Airbnb was the perfect nature escape. She went above and beyond by thoughtfully providing drinks and snacks, which made us feel instantly welcomed. She has a great energy, too. The location was unbeatable—peaceful and surrounded by great hiking trails, yet just a short drive into town if you wanted to explore. It was the ideal getaway for anyone looking to unwind in nature. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

This is a great & very comfortable place to stay when visiting Fort Collins. Would definitely stay here again, if possible, on our next visit.

Lovely, quiet, and super clean which I loved. It’s in a nice, safe residential neighborhood. Amy’s communication was exceptional which we really appreciated. We chose this place for the close proximity to our kid’s place and it was bonus to have access to a community pool with a children’s pool. It was just their size and our grandkids loved it! The bed has a pretty firm mattress which was a little too firm for us, but everything else was exceptional.

Hosts were very available and responsive. We felt like we were at home.

Great place to stay while visiting CSU. Easy to walk to campus. The place was very stylish and comfortable. Had all that we needed for the stay. College Avenue is just a block away which is great to walk to restaurants and bars.

Jeanne’s place is home away from home. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable in her space. Her garden is gorgeous. Her neighborhood is divine. The apartment has more amenities than I have seen in other properties. She offers the whole package. I hope to return someday. 💜

We loved our stay here! This is a super cute place that is walkable to old town and tons of shopping a restaurants. The place was spotless and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Collins!

Great stay at Kendal’s place. We were in town for BolderBoulder and had a great weekend. Great location for running / hiking and only a short drive into town (less than 10mins). The place was clean and tidy and Kendal was really responsive before our stay if we had questions etc. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well!

Great location. Our unit was on the second floor. It's an older building with charm. Best thing going is location. We could walk to our friend's house, Lucky's market and Nicks. Price a little high for what it is. We appreciated the snacks!

We had a lovely stay! Stacy's communication was over the top helpful, informative, and friendly. We were visiting friends in Fort Collins and this was a great central location, very near Old Town, and it was very nice, private, and quiet!

They had everything you could possibly need, and if you forgot something, they had it available for you. Great people, great house, great scenery, very comfortable beds. 10 out of 10

My kids and I had a wonderful time while we were there! Kids wanted to be at the pool and hot tub every night.

We just completed our first stay at Stacy's "couples retreat." Honestly, we were looking for a place that was close to our son's house that he recently purchased in Fort Collins, and her home fit the bill. It was so much nicer than we had imagined, and we hope to take advantage of that in future stays (we spent most of our time moving furniture and doing house stuff at our son's house.) The lower level of the home is very private and beautifully done. While we did not use the hot tub or outside area, we definitely would during future visits. We also did not get a chance to use the sauna, but that is also on the list for next time! The shower is one of the best I have ever used, and that was very welcome after a long exhausting day! We appreciate the thoughtfulness that Stacy has put into the home and all of her instructions and notes were great. We would highly recommend Stacy's place and we look forward to returning!

Had an amazing stay! Everything was as listed and pictured with a lot of amenities. The host was very responsive and the home was very clean. Would definitely recommend this home!
