Stayed here over the weekend while visiting my hometown, and it was exactly what I was looking for. It’s a full house, super clean, comfortable, and in a great spot—just a few minutes from Harding and easy access to everything in Searcy. The backyard was a nice bonus—plenty of space to hang out, and it’s pet friendly, which made things a lot easier. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and the whole place just felt well taken care of. If you’re coming to town for a visit, especially with a pet or needing a bit more space, this place is a solid choice. I will be staying here again.

Minor issues at check in but host was very responsive and handle the issue right away. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

We loved our stay. The house was just minutes from Simmons Arena, and there were plenty of great food choices within a few blocks. Christina was very attentive to our needs and stocked the house with lots of nice touches. We would definitely stay again!

Our family had a fantastic time at Kaylee’s place. The house was perfect for our family. It had plenty of space and a lovely backyard. Kaylee even provided enough towels for our family, household essentials for the kitchen & laundry room, extra linen, etc. which made our stay so much easier. The beds & sectional was comfortable and clean. The closets were spacious-large which allowed us to all have enough space for all our belongings! Lastly, for some reason I weren’t able to get the garage door open so we could enter the house but Kaylee not only answered her phone to assist with the matter, but she personally came by to ensure everything was working properly. #Thanks for making our experience in Bryant one to remember

Great spot from which to explore Little Rock. Food and drinks are around any corner and anything you would want to do is a short drive. The house is well appointed and comfortable. Our group was three adults. All beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space inside and out to visit with your travel companions. We will rent this location again if we return.

This a beautiful place! The cabin was clean, adorable, and had absolutely everything we needed. Steve is a great host! The property is gorgeous with lots to do. I highly recommend this property and definitely plan to stay there again!

This is a great house to rent for family or a group of friends. There were 3 bedrooms with different sized beds in each. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom; the other bathroom is in the hallway for the two other bedroom guests to use. The master bedroom had cute swan towels, and the bathroom towels and toilet paper also had cute decor. Bedroom closets had robes and slippers. There was a welcome basket of snacks with waters in the fridge, and the house rules were in a folder on the dining room table. The outdoor pool was cold, but that was expected with the weather. There were pool floats, noodles, and a beach ball. The pool table and couches are located downstairs. You cannot use the outdoor or indoor fireplaces, and the arcade game is out of order. The location was perfect right behind Trader Joes and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

This was the perfect spot for my daughter & friends to stay the night before her wedding! It felt like a very safe area & only 30 minutes away from The Venue at Oakdale so it made for an easy drive for the girls. The house was beautiful exactly like the photos online!

The communication between the host and I was exceptional. We had a large family come into town for a granddaughter's first birthday, and the spaciousness was perfect for us!

(There for a Wedding) We had a lovely time staying here. There were 8 adults and a baby and we had plenty of space. The home was nicely decorated with love. The hostess Karen was fabulous, she took time from her busy day to chat with me on a few things, felt like old friends. Our kids were quite impressed with the Fresh strawberries and Farm Fresh Eggs. was a nice added welcome. We enjoyed walking outside with the grandbaby (almost2), people were friendly that walked by. Nice family neighborhood. Loved that a Walmart was sooo close by, made it very handy. Loved that there were plenty of towels for baths and for the hot tub and the pool. The hostess has put a lot of time and efforts into making this vacation home very nice. Thank you again for the nice hospitality.

Elliot’s place was the perfect place to stay at while visiting our son before he was deployed to Iraq. His place was in a great location and easy access to everything. It was very quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The neighborhood was a great place to walk our little pup in. Elliot was so easy to communicate with. Self check in was easy. I can’t say enough good things about Elliot’s place! We will definitely stay here again when we visit our son and his family.

Rented it for adult grandchildren while they were visiting. It gave them some private space for themselves and gave us some privacy also. Close to our home, so quick and easy drive.

Shawn was very responsive and kind. The place was perfect for us. My 4 year old (and I) especially loved the chickens who visited us! Our dog was thankful for the treats!!! this place was top tier to break up our long road trip :)

It was a great experience. So much to do . Her place felt like home. She had anything you needed plus and welcomed you to use it.. We were so comfortable there. She has such a great set up outside in the back yard. We did not use it due to the rain. Next time we come back we will definitely make great use out of sitting in the back and playing the games and cooking out. We still had a great time there even with the rain. Her home is so beautiful alot of heart put in it. Thank you for a great vacation..

It’s our second time staying here and would definitely come back. It’s a very nice place and a great place to get away and unwind. Our dog loves it there also.

Can’t say enough about this tiny house. We stopped over for the night as we were moving from Virginia to Texas. The hosts were fantastic with responding and helping with any questions we had! The tiny house itself is adorable and very cozy and clean. The surroundings are beautiful! So peaceful and quiet. The pond is amazing and was the highlight for my son and I to fish! We caught Large Mouth Bass, Rock Bass, Sunfish and Crappie! It was so relaxing! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your little hidden gem with us!

This was a perfect place to spend the night. The instructions were clear and it was easy to find. very clean and the bed was super comfy. Dustin was super friendly and responded very quickly. Will definitely stay again.
