Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cabo San Lucas

First off, Curtis was a very effective and frequent communicator making sure we had everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable and note that the apartment has condiments like spices, hot sauce etc so no need to buy salt and pepper! Kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was clean and overall nicely styled. Also a/c units throughout to keep place cool if needed. Location wise you will need to uber everywhere so bake that into your budget. Walking into the apartment you do see a beautiful view of the ocean so it is lovely…HOWEVER the patio is built such that the pool is raised to obstruct the ocean view so if you envision sitting on the patio furniture gazing out at the ocean you won’t see it. When sitting down, the pool wall is the predominant feature and obstructs the view. If you standup you can see the ocean but the predominant view becomes the roof of Costco. So just know that going in. Overall nice apartment and well equipped with responsive host.

The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. We loved that it had an umbrella available (it saved us from the sun!)Alexa to control the TV and lights, which made everything more practical and modern. It also had a cooler, which was a super plus. Everything was clean, well maintained and Edith was an excellent host: attentive, kind and always available. We'd definitely come back.

The apartment is new and very nice. The building's facilities in general are excellent. We've had a couple of minor situations, but nothing urgent, and they were all taken care of quickly by Jessica. We were with a couple of cousins, who were also delighted; so much so that they want to return to the same apartment for the end of the year holidays. I believe that says it all. The location provided for the apartment takes you close to but not in front of the building, due to the new roads, which made it a little difficult to arrive, but with Jessica's support we found it without problems

Everything was as shown on the page. Close to everything and separate in a residential complex with 24-hour security. Very clean and most of all there was no noise and we were able to enjoy the rest every night without interruptions. We felt safe and the apartment made us feel at home, which was what we were looking for since our 8-month-old son was with us. We'd come back again without a doubt. 10/10!

The best accommodation in Los Cabos, the view is breathtaking, it's definitely worth every dollar. The pool area is practically all yours if there are no other guests. It's close to very quiet beaches. The best option is to get around with Uber.

I felt right at home. If I ever go to Cabo again, I will be sure to stay here. The Jacuzzi was a nice touch.

Booked this last minute and Alex was super helpful same with patty from the start of the booking to the end. Only recommendation would be when booking the 2nd gate in is a little hard to push open or work. Will book again.

Had an amazing time at dael’s place… the place us super close to all the good restaurants and clubs and walmart whatever it is… super close to beach as well the house inside was super clean… just the bbq area was dusty as no one has used it in quite a while… the pool was good as well water temperature was good less clorine as well… but the pool is combined with the diving school so they might have classes there sometimes… wasnt a problem for us as it was a slow season.. i am not sure about the busy season… but dael was responsive there was someone to answer our questions all the time overall had a fun time.. thanks to dael and the rest of the staff.

The house has great spaces and with lots of room for all guest . You can find your own space in the house. Super clean and you can find all necessary to make you feel immediately at home . Jacuzzi and pool are great and very functional , I also recommend use the community pool . You will not be disturbed by the construction behind. The house is in a very nice gate community and security guards are super friendly . A/C, washer , dryer, beds, rooms are functional and comfy , we really enjoy our stay .

The house was beautiful, bigger than we expected. Definitely worth it!! Jorge was very attentive & helpful.

We had a great time at Seoniad’s place. The garden was even nicer and bigger than you could see from the pictures. Everything we needed and more was available to use, very well equipped kitchen and pool. Nice living area to relax and watch a movie or play games. Location was also really good, very close to the beach, large supermarket and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place. We only had one downside which was the jacuzzi that didn’t warm up, however Seoniad did everything to fix it and compensated us for it, so handled it very well with good communication.

Oh my goodness, we loved our stay!! The view was completely unbeatable and the pool overlooking downtown Cabo was perfection. Highly recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The location was a little outside the tourist area but not too far. They provided more condiments and supplies than most places do. There are two pools on the property so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time and if you love watching sporting events there is a sporting facility right across the street with events most nights but don’t worry it is not loud or disruptive.

Neil and Andrea were great hosts and went out of their way to make sure our stay is a great one! They were responsive and made sure help you with anything we needed. The condo looked exactly like it was in the pictures- so don't hesitate to book it if its available because the community and amenities you will have access to is top notch! And how about the view from the beautiful patio!

This place was very clean, great, and very good location. I communicated with Estefania, she was great at communicating with me anything that was needed she was willing to respond and give information in nice time as well. I would book again, definitely recommend this beautiful place!

This place is amazing! Easy to get to and local grocery stores, including Costco right outside the gate! Washer and dryer with supplies included. Host was soooo great and responds right away. The house includes beach chairs to take with you with towels and anything you can think of for a fun beach day! The beach is 8 mins away. Clean and huge when it comes to space. Enough room for a family and guest. It was so amazing that we almost changed our flights to stay another day. THE PRICE IS AMAZING and wayyyy better than some of the all inclusive hotels on the coast because you can see the water and you have everything at your fingertips at this house. THE PICTURES HARDLY DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE! It’s BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for being so sweet and kind to us and we will definitely be back !

Responsive, great location, beautiful upstairs, AC was so cold, next to a bunch of restaurants. Would be back again if the price remains the same.

The condo is beautiful! We really enjoyed the pool and the private chef recommended by Erika! Breakfast just down the beach at Zippers was also excellent!
