10/10 for this listing! Nothing to say, everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, tidy, functional and very pleasant. Asma was available at any time as needed. The apartment is ideally located, everything is within walking distance (7 min from the beach and boulevard), the underground parking is a plus. The pool was very clean, the staff very nice. I would 100% recommend this apartment. I'll be back! Thank you Asma. 😉

The stay was very welcoming, the host was very open and helpful. Very good place for families with children, spacious apartment. Everything was in the house towels, beach umbrella. I recommend this places.

I loved staying at Dounia's apartment. It is tastefully decorated, everything is very clean and full of details that make a difference: coffee capsules, tea, mineral water... even Netflix and channels to watch football! The pool is spectacular and their recommendations on places to visit were a hit. An attentive and charming host. 100% recommended.

Ridoine was really nice and helpful whenever needed and the communication was so easy. The space was exactly as shown in the pictures and described. I highly recommend this place and will certainly comeback soon. Thanks one more time Ridoine and until next time :)

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this fantastic villa and had an incredible experience. The house is enormous, with four spacious bedrooms that provided more than enough space for our family. The location is perfect, nestled in a safe and tranquil neighborhood. The host was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view from the villa. We could see the beach just a few meters away, and the sight was breathtaking. The beach itself is pristine and easily accessible, making it perfect for morning walks and relaxing afternoons. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

The house is nicely decorated, the kitchen very well equipped, the small living room outside is very relaxing, cherry on the cake, the house is in a very secure residence, family-friendly and close to beautiful beaches. Several beach items are available for use, towels, snowshoes... Finally Kaoutar is very available, and it's nice to connect with her.

I can only recommend this place! The villa is beautiful and well maintained. A big thank you to Driss, who is responsive and adorable, always ready to meet our needs. The location is ideal, just 5 minutes from Fnideq and 15 minutes from Tetouan or M'diq, which makes excursions very easy. An experience to be repeated, I'll be happy to come back!

We had a great time and enjoyed the accommodations of this house. Amine was a great host and very responsive and reachable. He periodically checked in on us to make sure things were going well. The house is very well suited for a big family. We enjoyed the private garden and the very short walks to the beach. We look forward to staying here again.

I stayed for several weeks and I can say that it is an amazing apartment to be in, with plenty of space and an incredible view! A very safe and quiet area to relax. Vanesa is very friendly and always attentive

Very nice and especially safe home. There are constantly guards around you. You can easily park your car in front of the door or put it in the garage. You can enjoy hiking in the area and you have some swimming pools that you can use. In the area there are plenty of nice dining spots and for us the location near the beach was a plus. We were sometimes bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors at the time in the evening. Imad is a very nice host who is quick to respond and helpful.
