The accommodation is ideally located, in the center, with a taxi station just in front, and all shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot. The duplex is spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 guests. Small suggestion: consider installing air conditioning for even more comfort.

My family and I had an unforgettable stay, the mix between the sea and the mountains gives a feeling of traveling all the time. The welcome was great, the place is nice everything is nearby: restaurant, shop no need to use your vehicle. the place is monitored 24/7 by a professional TPS company The caretaker is always available even at 1am I recommend all lovers of the sea and the mountains to come to this apartment .

The stay at Alia and Abdel's house house was wonderful. It is located just minutes from the beach, minutes from the mountain, and above all in a super quiet area, and the views from the terraces are breathtaking (sunrise is movie). In addition, the house is decorated with a lot of taste and affection, and it doesn't lack anything. It's more. I doubt that I find myself again with such a well-equipped house. In addition to all this, Alia and Abdel have been super attentive, making sure at all times that we were comfortable and have everything we needed. I wouldn't mind living in this house for a good season, hahaha Thank you very much for everything

Zaid is a very attentive host, even if he was not in person on site. He contacted his family members to give us the keys despite our very late arrival. Regarding the apartment, its location is great, clean and next to a restaurant. Recommended!

Very nice accommodation, 3-4 min walk to the beach, next to the city, very lively and family-friendly. The mosque is less than a 5-minute walk away and there is a grocery store nearby. The accommodation is clean with a nice cozy entrance and somewhere to hang the laundry.

Given that I travel almost solely to places with a body of water, for me it was the proximity to the beach that made it exceptional. Very beautiful villa in a very well secured residence in Cabo Negro. The place is quiet, the neighborhood is perfect and the place matches the description. In addition to the pool available, a large garden on the back side under a very large umbrella will be the ideal place for your quiet breakfasts. The place was very clean, the keys were given to us by Anis's parents who are absolutely adorable! I highly recommend spending your stay with Anis if you are visiting this beautiful part of the kingdom! Undeniable return soon with my little family.
