Monthly Rentals in Cabin Mountain

Perfect location- comfortable vibe. Lovely decor. Alison was superb. The bed was comfortable. We loved walking to all the things. Our car didn’t move! However, with the convenience of being in town and able to walk anywhere comes noise. Typically I wouldn’t turn a TV on, so not having one wouldn’t be an issue, however I would have loved to have one to drown out the neighbors conversations. Literally, someone sneezed in another unit (or upstairs) and I said, bless you. They responded saying, “thanks.” 2 things would have made our stay perfect, a white noise machine, tv or Bluetooth speaker to drown out the noise and provide some semblance of privacy and a full-length mirror in the bedroom. Overall, I would recommend this place and will likely stay again. The convenience of being right in town coupled with the river and fire pits right outside was awesome. Next time, I will pack earplugs and a speaker!

This home is historic, and while it could use a little extra TLC here and there, it was such a lucky find! Located right next to the river, you can walk the trail that leads to the next town over, plus you can hear it at night when you step out. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and there are space heaters should you get cold at night. The vault was the best part about the house. It was converted into the bathroom, but it was very cool to see what it once looked like. I love peace and quiet and you get exactly that with this home. There are many parks nearby too! You have to go in town for groceries and restaurants, but fortunately it’s a short 5 min drive away. We got to chat with some of the locals and everyone is so kind and warm, It’s absolutely beautiful out here. Even the drives to and from are stunning. We stayed for a month and were very lucky that Emily and Sarah made it affordable to us. This was such a great find.

We wish we could move this Airbnb to every destination we go to. It is a nicely laid out floor plan and beautifully furnished. The host took care of us very well. This was our base for a hiking vacation in Dolly Sods and these accommodations rivaled the spectacular hiking experience.

Absolutely beautiful condo! We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the place. I’ve been telling my husband that I want him to teach me to ski so we can come back in the winter! Dave & Linna were both super helpful, communicative and accommodating!
