Beautiful place with great nearby walking trails. Very comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen and games cupboard. Nearby Millbrook Winery was lovely. I’d like to revisit in summer and use the pool!

The Cottesloe Beach House was so beautiful, homely and in just a near perfect spot. Cottesloe is an amazing suburb in Perth, whether you're a beach goer or not. Absolutely beautiful area in the Western Suburbs and easy to get into the City or to Fremantle. With adjacent suburbs like Claremont the area also has wonderful eateries and shopping away from the beautiful beaches. This beach house is in a lovely quiet street around the corner from the ever-popular Daisies Cafe and just 5mins walk from a terrific IGA shopping complex with pharmacy and several dining options. When we walked into the house the hosts had set the place up amazingly with soft lighting, beautiful music and some warmth to help us escape from such an unusually cold day in the West. The beds were all super-comfy with soft bed linen and the open plan living flows from the kitchen all the way down to the pool deck and BBQ area. The kids were big fans! Also need to say that the hosts were so good to deal with. Thanks.

House was clean and tidy. It had all the essentials that we needed. House was near to supermarkets and restaurants. Host was very responsive. Highly recommended place at a good price! Thanks for the pleasant and comfortable stays.

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

We loved Linda's place. We stayed for a week while our home underwent some renovations. We walked to the grocery store, the bus and river. It was super easy to get around, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

Such a beautiful house, clean linens, kitchen and lovely backyard just as same as photos. Location is good, close to Coles and Aldi. We are very happy and enjoy stays.

Our favourite Airbnb in Perth! The house was even more stunning than the photos—it truly doesn't do it justice. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with kitchen appliances. The bathroom was clean and impressively large. The kids had a blast playing with the giant chess set out front, and we appreciated being able to park two cars in the front porch area. A supermarket is just a 3-minute drive away, with a lovely coffee café next to it—our go-to stop every morning before heading out. One thing to note: the washer and dryer are located in one of the bedrooms. If you're travelling with friends or extended family, this might be a bit inconvenient, especially at night, as you'll need access to someone else's room to do laundry. Still, this house was a highlight of our trip—comfortable, convenient, and absolutely beautiful. We'd love to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation. The space was exactly as described. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, making check-in and out seamless. Honestly one for the best airbnbs I stayed in thus far. She provided so many things like tea coffee and sugar. The house was perfect for a family of 4 like mine. And the place was near so many shopping areas. All the main attractions were just about 30mins drive. The best is to drive around. But otherwise this place makes you feel right at home.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a lovely stay everything about the house is amazing. The Beautiful park around the corner was great walking to everyday with my daughter and grand kids. A beautiful home in the heart of South Fremantle. Bedding is extremely comfortable and Chanel is a wonderful host. The house is well set-out and has everything you need for a short stay as well as being close to really nice restaurants and bars if you don't feel like cooking. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in Fremantle.

The house was really nice and cozy. It’s good enough for our small family of 4. It’s near a big shopping centre which we really enjoyed!

The house was a beautiful home where I spent five days recovering from surgery. It was the best choice as it wasn’t only just beautiful and clean. It was super comfortable, relaxing and had a lovely salt crystal lights and oil burner it filled your wellness cup as soon as you walked in. Michelle was so friendly and helpful. It truly is a lovely place to stay if you’re after a bit of peace and quiet in tranquil settings.

Stunning views and excellent recommendations made our stay even more special. The house was warm, cosy, and felt just like home, with the most breathtaking scenery. Watching and listening to the ocean was the perfect way to begin and end each day. Thank you for having us!

We had 19 nights at this beautiful home, it was well equipped, clean, modern and all in all just what we wanted. craig was well responsive on communication running up to our visit and threw out our stay. We had a little issue on the first night with one of the bedrooms door and craig was there within minutes. When we return back to Australia we will definitely be booking this accommodation again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

During the month of may we stayed at Arabella loop and I got to say it was the most beautiful house I’ve ever seen, very clean, spacious and just overall felt homely I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they was to go Perth. Michael was a great host very quick to respond with any questions we had, his home is very updated and very well decorated.

The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made everything feel just like home. What truly made our stay exceptional was Mike himself. He’s hands down the best host we’ve ever met. He waited to greet us on arrival, walked us through the house, and shared helpful local recommendations. Mike even went the extra mile to help track down a parcel delivery, which we’re truly grateful for. His kindness and hospitality made our stay in Perth unforgettable. The location is super close to the airport and within 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house has everything you need and honestly the pictures that Dayo posted on his listing doesn’t do justice to the entire home - it’s huge and way beyond my expectations. We hope to be back again someday! Thank you for the wonderful stay.
