The place was extremely clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent – right next to the pedestrian street, which makes everything convenient and within reach. We were pleasantly surprised by the compliment in the fridge - a nice gesture that made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the place to other guests!

Perfect location just a few minutes walking from the centre. The apartment is on the second floor of a house (separate entrance, can be seen on photos) located on a quiet street. Everything needed as amenities can be found, the place was perfectly clean, smelled amazing. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, stylish modern furniture and decorations. We had a wonderful stay. The place looked exactly the photos—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials. Check-in was super flexible, and the host provided clear and helpful instructions. The terrace had a stunning view, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to the Sea Garden, close to the city centre, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and fast food spots. There’s even a store right downstairs, which was super convenient. The bathroom was modern and very clean, and the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet with no noise at night. Overall, the stay was definitely worth the cost. I’d absolutely book again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very hospitable hosts! We were met on their own initiative at the bus station, for which we are grateful))) the apartments are excellent, Wi-Fi is very fast. We recommended several interesting places, suggested where the amusement park for children is located, where the best beaches are. The experience of the trip was the best.

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, I recommend stopping at this house. If I can describe it in one word, it's COZY! Thanks to Zhaklina for the attitude and diligence she had taken to make our stay perfect.

We had a great time and will be back. The location was great, steps away from a small beach.The place was spacious, private, clean, quiet and we enjoyed the amenities. We were grateful to have A/C and a kitchen. Our hosts were really nice, proactive, super helpful, very flexible and gave us good recommendations. Definitely recommend staying here.

Thе place was awesome, there are two big houses and a spacious garden between the two of them. We used it as a place for anniversary party, hosting all of our guests with a bedroom and great summer garden party. The host is very welcoming and explained everything we needed. The only small inconvenience is the neighbor, which if too loud will complain. Everything else was great, I reccomend this place.

Our stay in Plamen's villa was really nice. The villa is perfect for one family with 1-2 children. The garden is beautiful and neat. The pool is extremely clean and its size is ideal for amateur swimmers. The two bedrooms are comfortable and feature big beds and A/C. In the living there is one sofa - however, it is not very suitable for sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped, including a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven, and all the utensils needed for cooking. The grill is wonderful, finely decorated, and functional. The beach is quite close, but reaching it by car is a good idea, especially if you travel with young kids. On the beach, you can find a fine tavern with good food and drinks. We were welcomed by Plamen's wife, Jelena, who is very open and friendly, providing us with all the needed information to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. All in one, it has been a great experience and we plan to return next year. Thank you!

It's a great apartment that has everything and lacks for nothing. It has very good views and I would dare to say that it is much better than in photos. We had a wonderful stay and very comfortable, we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Nika’s place! A super responsive and flexible host, Nika stayed up late to check us in after our flight was a bit delayed, and really helped us book some taxis for sightseeing too. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it is so close to the beach! It had all amenities we might possibly need and more, and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.
