Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything one needs for a stay outside of your own home. The kitchen corner is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all kinds of everyday needs. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living space. As a small "highlight", a small bay window invites you to have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Amenities also include a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30 square meters is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Very nice stay, everything within a few minutes' walk wonderfully accessible (old town, supermarket, drugstore, various restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). Great area with lots of small alleys. Sylke is very helpful and everything worked smoothly. Thank you so much!

The studio is quiet yet very centrally located in Aachen. You can easily walk to everything. The accommodation is as described and communication was totally easy. The check-in and check-out were also very flexible. The refrigerator is actually a bit noisy at times.

The bathroom is designed with elegant grey tiles and features a modern black countertop with a built-in sink. A large mirror is mounted above the sink, and a sleek toilet is positioned adjacent to a glass shower stall.

I was extremely happy with my stay! Alexander and Susanne are really friendly and attentive hosts, and they made the stay straightforward and easy. The apartment is in a beautiful location with close bus connections, and it is also walkable distance to everything in Aachen.

Quiet studio in the countryside

We had a wonderful three days staying in Aachen with Inge. The studio was spotless, the neighborhood fantastic: at the intersection of the Aachener wald and the lively center of Burtscheid. Inge is a quick responder. The only disadventage is one we knew in advance: the bed is a sofa bed. It's a big version so plenty of space to sleep with two but the matrass is rather thin. Which means it's not for everyone's back. So that would be my online negative point. Highly recommended !

Leander was already very likeable and helpful at the key handover! He explained everything and offered his help. You could reach out at any time. Beautiful balcony and 1 minute from the city park, so you can reach the city and the greenery directly. Great selection. Very minimalist furnishings and comfortable beds. So perfect for a few days of good weather in Aachen to visit the city. Everything was great. Thank you!
