There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Situated in a historic Grade II listed building, Greystoke Mews is a timeless period property within a private enclosed garden and patio area situated in the picturesque village of Woodborough. Local to all amenities, including fabulous restaurants and quaint village pubs. A converted small wing of an Edwardian house set in 1.3 acres of garden and woodland. Our home is set in a tranquil oasis with beautiful views and provides the perfect place to unwind. Set on the edge of a golf course, with footpaths direct from the house, on a popular walking route.
