Excellent location in small town. A lot to do and see without all the tourist and easy drives to the tourist locations!

This is the second time I've been to Thomas's, and it's always a pleasure to find the calm of this cabin where you feel good. Ideal for relaxing and spending time peacefully. Thomas is a very friendly, responsive host and communication is very clear.

Walking distance to Interlaken ost. Very quiet and clean place. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to make breakfast and dinner easily. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. We appreciate the flexibility of letting us leaving our luggage before the check in time.

We returned to the area with family to celebrate our son's 18th birthday. This is a very comfortable small cottage with everything you need for an excellent stay. Nicole was very attentive to all our needs. We'll be back without a doubt.

Wonderful stay! Brienz was in our opinion the most stunning in the area . This cottage has an amazing view, it was peaceful , well equipped. We couldn’t wish for more . I can’t say enough nice things about Eric’s home! It is so close to the train station you can walk to / from with large luggage. The view is stunning, the house is pristine, and he has thought of absolutely everything and more than a guest would need. Everything is labeled and organized and I was impressed. He was so great to deal with and incredibly generous with his things (binoculars, chargers, phone, etc) I would say this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at.

A beautiful chalet, on the smaller size but perfect for a family of four. Meiy and family were friendly and were flexible with us when our ferry was delayed and we arrived late. Meiy's English was good and she gave us a nice tour when we arrived. The place was spotless, expertly cleaned, even towels and dishcloths etc. were neatly folded ready for use, clearly a lot of effort went into making this perfect! For summer tranquility, the peace and quiet is exceptional, just meadows and cow bells! But this also has an impact as it is a 15 minute journey to get to a main road and about 20-25 minutes to the shops, not that we minded. Downsides - I think the biggest downside for us was the lack of a washing machine, the nearest place to do washing was 20 mins away in the nearest town. Also if there could be some USB-C charging sockets this would be helpful, Swiss adapters are hard to find and our euro ones didn't always work. Overall we loved our stay and would come back!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was very clean and the house was very nicely decorated, kitchen very well equipped. Henriette is very friendly and helpful. Everything worked out well and we had a great stay at the vacation home.

Jane's home has a beautiful lake and mountain view, although the wooden house has traces of time, the interior is well equipped, especially the kitchen, which is very suitable for self-driving group travel.

Perfect place for a group of people who want to go for a hike and relax afterwards. The view from the house is beautiful and the house has everything you need.

We booked a two-night stay at Markus place in August 2024. It is a cozy chalet in a charming Swiss village with a handful of houses. The place was clean, comfortable, with a mix of beautiful traditional woodwork and modern kitchen and bathroom at the same time. The village is very quiet so you are also expected to respect the locals and not get too loud. We had 3 kids with us and that was not a problem for us. Although there are no stores or restaurants within the village itself, we found it very conveniently located, we were able to easily reach nearby towns to explore mountains, lakes or go out for dinner. Everything was under 30 min away and we managed to explore lots during our short stay. Overall highly recommend as a base for exploring the area if you love peace, quiet and falling asleep with cow bells. 🇨🇭🧀🐄

This is one of the best AirBnb places I have stayed anywhere in the world. It’s an amazing space in a stunning alpine village up on the side of a mountain. Everything you could want is there. All is clean and well taken care of. We had 6 people and felt like we had so much space for everyone. Wonderful stay!

We rented this beautiful farmhouse for our wedding guests with families, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the rustic charm creating a peaceful and cozy environment. Our guests loved the spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and the stunning location surrounded by nature. The children especially enjoyed exploring the outdoors and playing in the garden. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality — we would happily return anytime!

What a wonderful stay at this brand-new home just 30 minutes from Lucerne! An absolutely stunning drive through some of the most beautiful countryside we’ve ever seen. If you truly want to feel like a local, this is the place. Peaceful, authentic, and surrounded by nature. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us some awesome recommendations that made our trip even more special. A warm thank you for the wild strawberries (growing in mid-June) — they brought back a childhood memory of foraging with my late grandmother over 40 years ago. And my husband especially enjoyed relaxing in the sauna after our long days of exploring. Highly recommend!

My family loved the cute village of Iseltwald. We used this adorable Chalet as our home base to do many day trips all around the region. We absolutely loved this Chalet. Very cute and authentic. It was perfect for my family’s stay. Very clean and updated. The hosts were extremely friendly and gave us a nice welcome greeting upon arrival. Great experience.

Wonderful time surrounded by nature" We had a really great time – the location is close to nature and quiet, ideal for switching off. Our children were able to play in the garden and freely explore the surroundings. The view of the lake was particularly beautiful – simply fantastic! Everything was clean and very well maintained. You have everything you need. A big thank you also to Käthy and Richard for the loving accompaniment. We can't wait to be back!

Absolutely beautiful studio in a lifetime memorable location. It was very easy to travel the area and return to the studio, all from public transit or walking. The bus station was four minutes easy walk from the studio will take you anywhere in the area. The clothes washer availability with soap, drying rack, and bed-mounted reading light were really helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at the chalet, it truly was picture book Switzerland…stunning views of the mountains and lake, a beautiful spacious chalet, topped off with cow bells in the field below us! Markus was very friendly and helpful, recommending places to stay that were suitable for the whole family ( my Dad needed a wheelchair when out and about). Would highly recommend and will definitely look to book again in the future.

Definitely a place to stay on a vacation to Switzerland. Great views and great surrounding towns! The hosts were very responsive and informative.

We had a wonderful stay at Stephan’s chalet in Sigriswil! This was our first time in Switzerland, and while figuring out the transportation system took a little time, Stephan was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay. He was always quick to respond and provided great guidance, which made all the difference. The chalet itself was beautiful—peaceful, cozy, and perfectly situated with stunning views. One of the highlights of our trip was having access to Lake Thun. Our kids absolutely loved it, and paddleboarding on the lake was an unforgettable experience. Once we got the hang of the local bus system from Gunten Dorf, getting around was fairly easy. Just be prepared for some daily walking—the bus stop is about an eight-minute walk from the chalet, and there is a bit of an uphill climb to get back to the home. It wasn’t an issue for us, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, we had a fantastic time!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Manuela’s home. The room is spacious, clean, private and the views from the window of the mountains are breathtaking. It was the perfect place to switch off and feel refreshed! Thun is a beautiful town with good connections to all surrounding areas like Interlaken, Bern and the Jungfrau region, and there is a bus stop that allows for easy commuting less than 10mins walk from the house (the house is on an incline so be prepared for some hiking on the way up if you are walking!). Manuela was a lovely host, provided local recommendations and clearly has a passion for hosting. We would love to visit again one day!
