Markus' "Hüsli" ist ein super Ort zum Erholen und Abschalten. Die Unterkunft ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und der Ausblick vom Balkon ein Traum 😊 In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und die Städte Luzern, Zürich und Bern waren mit dem Auto innerhalb von 30 bis 90 Minuten sehr gut zu erreichen.

C'est la seconde fois que je me suis rendu chez Thomas, et c'est toujours un plaisir de retrouver le calme de cette cabane dans laquelle on se sent bien. Idéal pour décompresser et passer du temps paisiblement. Thomas est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et la communication est très claire.

Walking distance to Interlaken ost. Very quiet and clean place. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to make breakfast and dinner easily. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. We appreciate the flexibility of letting us leaving our luggage before the check in time.

Nous sommes revenus dans la région en famille pour fêter les 18 ans de notre fils. Il s’agit d’un petit chalet très confortable avec tout dont on a besoin pour un séjour excellent. Nicole très attentive à tous nos besoins. On retournera sans douter.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Ferienhaus von Margareth. Die ruhige Umgebung mit den vielen Kinderspielsachen war perfekt für unsere Familie. Auch drinnen hat es alles was man braucht und auch für die Kinder ganz viele Spielsachen. Es gibt viel zu erkunden in der Umgebung. Herzlichen Dank nochmals Margareth, dass wir unsere Ferien bei dir verbringen durften.

Wir wurden äusserst herzlich empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes freundlich und zuvorkommend betreut. Wir erhielten gute Ausflugtipps. Das Chalet, hat einen tollen Charm und bietet eine wahnsinns Aussicht auf den wunderschönen Brienzersee. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt, mit unserer 15Monate alten Tochter sehr genossen.

I can’t say enough nice things about Eric’s home! It is so close to the train station you can walk to / from with large luggage. The view is stunning, the house is pristine, and he has thought of absolutely everything and more than a guest would need. Everything is labeled and organized and I was impressed. He was so great to deal with and incredibly generous with his things (binoculars, chargers, phone, etc) I would say this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at.

A beautiful chalet, on the smaller size but perfect for a family of four. Meiy and family were friendly and were flexible with us when our ferry was delayed and we arrived late. Meiy's English was good and she gave us a nice tour when we arrived. The place was spotless, expertly cleaned, even towels and dishcloths etc. were neatly folded ready for use, clearly a lot of effort went into making this perfect! For summer tranquility, the peace and quiet is exceptional, just meadows and cow bells! But this also has an impact as it is a 15 minute journey to get to a main road and about 20-25 minutes to the shops, not that we minded. Downsides - I think the biggest downside for us was the lack of a washing machine, the nearest place to do washing was 20 mins away in the nearest town. Also if there could be some USB-C charging sockets this would be helpful, Swiss adapters are hard to find and our euro ones didn't always work. Overall we loved our stay and would come back!

He was a wonderful host. The place had all the peace, comfort, and relaxation anyone could ask for. Fully equipped for cooking, with spacious rooms, a cozy living area, and a large TV to top it all off. Perfect place for a group of people who want to go for a hike and relax afterwards. The view from the house is beautiful and the house has everything you need.

We booked a two-night stay at Markus place in August 2024. It is a cozy chalet in a charming Swiss village with a handful of houses. The place was clean, comfortable, with a mix of beautiful traditional woodwork and modern kitchen and bathroom at the same time. The village is very quiet so you are also expected to respect the locals and not get too loud. We had 3 kids with us and that was not a problem for us. Although there are no stores or restaurants within the village itself, we found it very conveniently located, we were able to easily reach nearby towns to explore mountains, lakes or go out for dinner. Everything was under 30 min away and we managed to explore lots during our short stay. Overall highly recommend as a base for exploring the area if you love peace, quiet and falling asleep with cow bells. 🇨🇭🧀🐄

This is one of the best AirBnb places I have stayed anywhere in the world. It’s an amazing space in a stunning alpine village up on the side of a mountain. Everything you could want is there. All is clean and well taken care of. We had 6 people and felt like we had so much space for everyone. Wonderful stay!

We rented this beautiful farmhouse for our wedding guests with families, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the rustic charm creating a peaceful and cozy environment. Our guests loved the spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and the stunning location surrounded by nature. The children especially enjoyed exploring the outdoors and playing in the garden. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality — we would happily return anytime!

What a wonderful stay at this brand-new home just 30 minutes from Lucerne! An absolutely stunning drive through some of the most beautiful countryside we’ve ever seen. If you truly want to feel like a local, this is the place. Peaceful, authentic, and surrounded by nature. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us some awesome recommendations that made our trip even more special. A warm thank you for the wild strawberries (growing in mid-June) — they brought back a childhood memory of foraging with my late grandmother over 40 years ago. And my husband especially enjoyed relaxing in the sauna after our long days of exploring. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this 250-year old chalet, set amongst alpine farms. It was a peaceful setting and neat to hear the cowbells and watch the farmers making hay.

Sandra’s place has everything we needed in our stay. It’s very clean, spacious and the view from the house was spectacular.

My family loved the cute village of Iseltwald. We used this adorable Chalet as our home base to do many day trips all around the region. We absolutely loved this Chalet. Very cute and authentic. It was perfect for my family’s stay. Very clean and updated. The hosts were extremely friendly and gave us a nice welcome greeting upon arrival. Great experience.

Such a beautiful home and the room was absolutely amazing. The view and accommodation was above what I thought. I will definitely be back again in the future. Gabriella was absolutely amazing!

Absolutely beautiful studio in a lifetime memorable location. It was very easy to travel the area and return to the studio, all from public transit or walking. The bus station was four minutes easy walk from the studio will take you anywhere in the area. The clothes washer availability with soap, drying rack, and bed-mounted reading light were really helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Definitely a place to stay on a vacation to Switzerland. Great views and great surrounding towns! The hosts were very responsive and informative.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Manuela’s home. The room is spacious, clean, private and the views from the window of the mountains are breathtaking. It was the perfect place to switch off and feel refreshed! Thun is a beautiful town with good connections to all surrounding areas like Interlaken, Bern and the Jungfrau region, and there is a bus stop that allows for easy commuting less than 10mins walk from the house (the house is on an incline so be prepared for some hiking on the way up if you are walking!). Manuela was a lovely host, provided local recommendations and clearly has a passion for hosting. We would love to visit again one day!

Wundervolle Zeit inmitten der Natur“ Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit gehabt – die Lage ist naturverbunden und ruhig, ideal zum Abschalten. Unsere Kinder konnten im Garten spielen und die Umgebung frei entdecken. Besonders schön war die Aussicht auf den See – einfach traumhaft! Alles war sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Mann hat alles was man braucht. Ein großes dankeschön auch an Käthy und Richard für die liebevolle Begleitung. Wir können es kaum erwarten wieder da zu sein!
