Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

At the foot of the apartment you will find all amenities: pharmacy, grocery store, bus stop, tram stop, paid parking spaces.

Cozy cottage in the heart of Morvan Park

Small cottage renovated with care in the heart of the Morvan Natural Park with a magnificent view of the Cure Valley. Located on the edge of a small hamlet close to shops and surrounded by many hiking trails. Dining room/living room, equipped kitchen. One bedroom on the mezzanine with double bed and one bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Attached garden with outdoor table facing the view and barbecue.

We’ve only just reopened the calendar. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedal boat, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.
