A wonderful stay in this house located on a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two apartments, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decor are beautiful and in excellent condition. The surroundings are very beautiful, full of nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

We've been super good. We were traveling with a baby and although I did not explain well how we were going to sleep, they were very kind and made us an extra bed. They were very attentive to everything, and they were very kind, without a doubt the service is fantastic. The place is great, the terrace and pool are wonderful. We would definitely come back.

Very nice stay and host. There were many complimentary things such as breakfast, ice, herbal teas, etc. I would definitely come back. One drawback is that it's on the ground floor, and the slightest crumb of food that fell to the ground attracted an ant, but nothing to worry about.

We just had a great weekend at this cottage in Madrigal de las Altas Torres. The house is great, very well equipped and with everything you need to feel at home. One highlight is the pool, which was the joy of my daughters. And I can't help but mention Cristina, the host, who was incredibly kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'll be back for sure!

Unbeatable. The house is very comfortable, spacious, and is very cared for and very well conditioned. We were in bad weather, but the heating and insulation in the house were top notch. Antonio is very friendly, he is aware of everything and recommended routes and places to eat throughout the area, which is also beautiful and very quiet. I highly recommend this place. It is half an hour away from Avila capital, down a good road, and less than 10 minutes away there are routes and the lake of Ciudad Ducal to enjoy nature. In the same village, Navalperal de Pinares, there are several restoration options, but above all I recommend trying La Parra's egg croquettes and potato tortillas. It is mandatory stop. If one day we return to the area we will not hesitate to repeat 🩵

¡Maravilla! Casa Josephine is a haven of peace and good taste in (just) an hour from Madrid. I highly recommend the plan: disconnection with the city and reconnection with nature. Not to mention the good taste with which the place is decorated… 10/10.

You can't have more for less. It has everything you need and more. We appreciate things like salt, sugar, oil, Cola Cao, coffee capsules... nothing is missing. The house is super well-kept and the recreation area is fantastic. There were 10 of us and with a wheelchair. Fully accessible and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room in the bedrooms. The saltwater pool is amazing, plus you have beach/pool towels that you normally take, because here you have them and they're great. The barbecue is large, perfect for 10. The area is quiet and has options for hiking or going to the San Juan swamp. If you need things, it's close to the village. In short, a fantastic weekend, thanks to how well we were in the house.

This is the best place to stay. Accessibility, price, cleanliness, etc. are perfect. I want Koreans to stay here. The structure of the accommodation itself is very similar to that of a Korean officetel.

Leopoldo's apartment was great. Beautiful, great location in a lively neighbourhood. Also, Leopoldo was very friendly, helped me figure out tickets to a local museum. Overall a great experience. I would stay here again. One very small thing is that one of the bedrooms has a window that is the ground level of a street. Usually the noise was not a problem, though sometimes in the morning some street noise can be heard. Only an issue for light sleepers who would like to sleep in. The loft bedroom does not have this issue.

As usual after 4 years of using Alvaro's place , we are again fully satisfied.

My husband, my daughter and I stayed for three months while we renovated our house. From the first moment, we felt at home in the apartment. It is spacious, bright, quiet and with respectful neighbors. It's a place to disconnect and rest from everyday stress. Fernando and Isabel were very attentive and caring from the moment we arrived.
