You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

All of that situated on 13+ beautiful acres complete with a pond and walking paths through the woods! 15 minutes from Kansas Star Casino and 10 minute drive to Derby with city amenities.

Charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow built in 1925. All original wood floors. Existing bath completely remodeled with a deep antique bathtub with shower. Bathroom with a walk-in shower en suite to master bedroom which is the "Bluegrass Room". The "Sunflower Wheat Room" is slightly larger with king beds in both bedrooms.
