Monthly Rentals in Burauen

We have been in one of Marlyne lodgings on three different occasions and have already booked for next years trip. They have all been different lodgings but the quality has always been exceptional. The cleaning service is regular and quite satisfactory. Communication is always excellent, we are always before hand informed if there are any municipal service disruptions and any of our need are addressed very rapidly. The apartments are all in excellent condition ,well kept and very clean. Honestly i have no reason to look elsewhere for a place to stay when i am in the area. Quality/price ration is outstanding. The place was very easy to get to. It was very clean. The neighbors were very friendly as well.

It was a nice place. It felt like home. My husband and I liked it. What we enjoyed a lot was the big TV screen as we spent most of our time watching Netflix while chilling on a comfortable couch in an air conditioned living area. It has everything you need and saves the hassle. And the convenience of having the water dispenser that could dispense hot/cold water, so you don’t need to put ice cubes in your water if you want it cold or boil water in the kettle if you need hot water for your coffee. It is a safe place and near town.

The second time to stay at Green Villa within 10 months. The facilities have grown a little since our last visit with this new smaller cabin available for us to book and it's as beautiful and peaceful as the photos show. Matthew and Hannah were very helpful and generous in allowing our young niece and nephew to use the pool as well providing feed for the fish (although they were not guests). There were a couple of niggles but were quickly resolved by Matthew. We came back for a reason and that is the wonderful place and people that host. We were not disappoointed, and we will be back again on our next visit to Leyte! Thank you Jezebel, Matthew and Hannah for another pleasant stay!
