Welcome to our architect-designed dream house of 110 sqm. The house is divided into three bedrooms, an orangery, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room in the loft. From the loft, you can also access the roof terrace, which has a sweeping view of the Baltic Sea. The glazed orangery is the link between the living room and the bedroom area. Here you can sit and watch the stars or light a fire in the stove. The bathroom has a sunken bathtub in limestone. Bungenäs is a unique area free of cars, parking 800 meters from the house.

Excellent bike/hiking trails in nice nature and cultural landscapes with medieval buildings. 50 km to Visby. 13 km to Fårösund. 5 km to bus stop. Car charger is available. Vitvikens havsbad ligger 1 km bort, där finns det restauranger, kaffe, paddel minigolf. Stranden är även hundvänlig. Inom 30 km finns det MTB spår, samt fina vandringsleder. Närmaste samhälle Slite är det 8 km till, där finns det apotek, mataffärer, systembolag och restauranger. Vill man åka till Visby så ligger de 35 km bort.

Bungenäs is car free, which means that you will leave the car in the parking lot 300 meters away. Warm up in the hot tub, cook in the outdoor kitchen (or bake pizza in the Italian pizza oven) or cosy in front of the fire indoors. The beach is shallow and if you want to swim in deep water, you can swim in the harbor. In the area, there are nice hiking and biking trails with beautiful nature and rich bird life. Valleviken is about 50 km from Visby. In Fårösund (14 km) there is food and a ferry to Fårö.

The main house with a living area of 63 sqm consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and a living room with place-built sofa of about 5 meters, fireplace and kitchen and kitchen table. Friggeboden of 15 sqm is a perfect little bedroom for those who want to be at a small distance from the others.
