Monthly Rentals in Bungamati

So happy we decided to stay here with all the choices available! This family is absolutely wonderful, all of them and Madhu is an angel. Very peaceful area away from the craziness that is Thamel. But you can easily get a car there for walk if you want, which we did a few times. My toddler and I spent a month there and we had such a wonderful stay. We feel like we have a family in Kathmandu that we want to come visit. Loved the spaciousness of the space and the view from the roof is beautiful. The WiFi was soooo good honestly probably the best we had in all the places we traveled in Asia. It’s super duper clean and you can tell they keep it that way always. We just had such a great month and are so appreciative of this beautiful family and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you so much!!

We had a lovely week-long stay at Yomari Apartments. We booked out all three floors (each separate listings) to host our out-of-country family for our wedding. Each floor was well-equipped with all of the essentials you would need, including cookware, basic spices, cleaning/bathing supplies, etc. The units were well-furnished (as pictured in the listings), clean, and lovely to occupy. Each room had its own AC/heating unit which was particularly nice for some of the warmer Summer nights. The area felt very safe, with a police apartment located right around the corner. There is a grocery store conveniently located under 5 minutes away by walk, and there are plenty of good restraunts in the same distance. Throughout our stay, the hosts Eleena and Sabin were incredibly accommodating and very quick with communication. We felt very welcomed! Thank you for a great stay for us and our family!

The place was amazing. A little miscommunication on the host’s part as the place is no smoking but the same is not listed on the listing page.

Raju’s place is a good accommodation, feels like home and the area is quiet and peaceful.
