There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

This is a pleasant and cozy(small-220 square feet) basement apartment. With an efficient camper sized bathroom.There is a comfy futon similar to a bed, and also a Queen size bed. We are 5 minutes from West Asheville shops and restaurants, and 10 to 15 minutes from downtown. I provide towels,soap, bedding, coffee and water. Pets should be leashed at all times. There is also a smart TV with Spectrum TV * wooded basement apt,sometimes daddy long legs creep in despite my pet safe traps No smoking
