You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. It maybe small at 375 sf, but it has all the features of most hotels with one queen bed and a full bed in the loft. Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end street. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows too. Also watch Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Disney.

This historic home has the charm of the old house with the new Modern style set up. It is 3 mins drive from downtown Springfield. Within 5 mins drive to the medical district and the historical sites. This basement unit offers a full-sized memory foam mattress with a private bathroom. 55” TV. A dedicated work space, a romantic dining area. It has microwave, coffee machine,toaster and portable stove,front-load Samsung washer & dryer. (Washer & dryer are shared with main floor unit guests!)

The apartment is centrally located and allows easy access to everything Springfield has to offer. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. We can easily accommodate six guests with a queen-sized air mattress. We also have a pack-n-play available for little guests. Wi-Fi, smart TV, off-street parking and a front porch with Edison lights & a porch swing. We are confident you will enjoy your stay. * NO PARTIES ALLOWED *

The atrium that was atrached to the front entrance was so inviting with plants and a place to sit and have coffee. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable bed. Nice shower and had a,microwave and small fridge. We had a driveway available to us for parking right in front. Very quiet and inviting. I would stay there again when I go home to visit family and friends. Thanks for your hospitality Barbara.

Extraordinary Lake Views, Make Incredible Memories

Amazing hosts, beautiful views. Attention to detail including shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Coffee bar. Blender, toaster, and so much more like charging ports by the beds. The highlight was the infinity table with tons of games loaded. We also loved the numerous seating areas. The only negative we have is the amount of stairs. This is a three story a-frame and the stairs are a little sporty if you have any issues or are older. Decatur itself seems to have many shops and restaurants closed up. If you are just going for peaceful family and friend time this is an incredible location with responsive hosts and we would very highly recommend.
