We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. We spent less than a week in Budoni to end our Sardinia vacation and go hiking in the area and explore the beaches and pine forests. The apartment was spotly clean. The bedroom was completely darkened, which made us sleep very well. The kitchen had the essentials, so we cooked almost every night. The only downside was that the sheets and towels were not included in the price (€25 per person was estimated on site). Overall, we felt comfortable and liked the quiet location of the apartment.

Luca's hosting was excellent. He always responded quickly to our questions and tried to meet our needs. The iron at home was broken and he quickly sent a new iron. We stayed in this house as 4 people. If your goal is to stay in a perfect location and explore this area without spending much time at home, you will definitely be satisfied. What was missing for us was a space where we could rest collectively (there are tables and chairs in the garden, but no space to lie down). The location of the house is great. There is a small city center and there are various restaurants/markets. Transportation to La Cinta Beach, which is 15 minutes away by car, is very convenient (we think it's the best beach in the area). One of the rooms upstairs has a low ceiling and is a little low. The upstairs bathroom is located in the 2nd room. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas in the house, which was very important to us! In short, if you want to stay at a reasonable price in a good location/neighborhood without looking for too much luxury, this is the right place!

Laura's place is in a great location. Close to the beach, which you arrive on foot, and also close to the center Laura answered me every question, and even disturbs her in the early morning, and answered me immediately. The place is simple, an ambience, with kitchen on the terrace. It has a fan, which made our stay very friendly. You can go without a car!!!! Thank you Laura!!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Sardinia. The location is perfect – right between the center of Budoni and the beautiful Salamandra beach. Just a few steps from the apartment there’s a bakery run by a lovely lady and a grocery store – incredibly convenient! The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. It’s spacious enough for a family of four, but for the two of us it was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Marina was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she greeted us with open arms and gave us great tips on what to do in this part of the island. Communication was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We’d love to come back in a few years, highly recommended 😊

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

There were two of us in this beautiful apartment. The strategic location of the apartment is great. Shopping, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance (max 5 minutes). Great parking right in front of the apartment. The stairs have no railings, look cool but may be dangerous for toddlers... Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the apartment was kept clean. In October, not all restaurants are open every day, but it doesn't matter. Thank you Giorgio

We had a wonderful stay at Valentinas apartment. Everything was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare our own food. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed there with our toddler - he could play on the ground because everything was tidy and toddler safe. Valentina prepared a cozy baby bed. Check-in was flexible and the appartment is located just one kilometer from the beach. I definitly recommend the appartment.

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly received by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. On the last section of the beach, we also had our dog with us, which is apparently no problem there. We were often even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

Sonia was the best host we could ever ask for!! The place was in a prime location and spotless. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful place!

Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

We stayed at Andrea's for 9 nights. What to say. It's perfect as you wish. Very easy to communicate, we were able to check in much earlier, as we had already landed at 8:00 am and it is only 13 minutes from the airport. Everything is as described, very clean and well prepared. You can reach very nice beaches within 15-30 minutes. You have everything else you need very close. We felt at home from day one. Just perfect. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafes, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away which is very nice and convenient. Excellent stay in Sardinia in this residence ideally located about forty kilometers from Olbia airport Located near a supermarket and a few kilometers from beautiful beaches, we were greeted late the first night due to a plane delay. Despite this, our hosts welcomed us. Very clean apartment, washing machine, quiet residence with the possibility of barbecues. The only point to improve would be the pool, unheated and with temperatures a little low in early May. Great value and remarkable hospitality. Highly recommended
