This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Emma's place. I came both times for a workshop and ceremony that took place in both Freeport and in Portland. Drives to Portland were the longest, and not too taking, and I chose to stay at Emma's place BECAUSE of the way the house holds me: the spaciousness, the attention to art and wisdom, the lighting and unfussy-yet-design-inspired furniture choices, the plant life, the textures and colors: all these things are soothing and welcoming. It was a pleasure to drive "home" exhausted, knowing what it feels like to open that back door.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

Our stay at Margaret's home was very relaxing and comfortable. Pristine bathroom, kitchen and bedding. The lake view was so much more than we anticipated. It was serene, peaceful, and breathtaking. She went out of her way to answer questions for us about the area, and we left feeling like we just gained a new friend. Jeff and Donna

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

We did not want to leave this home! It was stunning and had everything we could possibly need. Close to the beach. Spinney’s restaurant was right up the road. It was quiet and peaceful. It was good for the soul. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay and it was such a treat. We had everything we needed to unplug and relax. Bath is a great place to explore but we loved our spot on the porch!

The cottage was perfect location and has a beautiful view with all the amenities needed for any stay! Audray provided plenty of recommendations of the surroundings and was available to answer any questions throughout our stay, we will definitely be back!

We loved this location!! We were there for a girls trip, and Jessica was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a little early since we were going to be in the area. She was very detailed with the check-in and check-out instructions as well. We loved the pool and hot tub, as well as the games in the basement. We always had something to do and will definitely be coming back!

I had a wonderful stay., they were fantastic in accommodations for me and my service dog who loved the yard. The home is beautiful and the host was very accommodating. communication was great. I look forward to staying there when I’m in that area again.

We loved staying here! Everything was clean and well stocked, and Angela was extremely responsive and helpful!

The host gave us an upgrade to another tiny house in the same location that we gladly accepted. We were welcomed by fresh lilacs in the tiny home with cozy ambiance. The location is remote with a small farm stand (the honey from this stand is a must, we got the biggest jar and we have zero regrets). This is a peaceful retreat with beautiful views and hikes. I recommend this to anyone looking to escape the city.

We loved our stay! A week was not long enough! Very open layout with lots of space. We loved having a washer and dryer! It was a pleasure to talk to Tom! Really a person you could talk to hours for! We left feeling like family, and couldn’t recommend the place more! If you’re looking to visit Maine or even the big city of Portland, I would recommend you look here. Being out in the country sheds a different light on all that Maine has to offer!

I had a great month exploring Maine with my dog from this garage apartment. The owners are friendly but not intrusive. Some days my dog and I just laid a blanket on the grass and sat in the beautiful backyard. Go to Pickles Potions and get the body oil, it helped me keep bugs away.

I was meeting with family for a graduation. Four of us were staying here. The place was exactly what we needed in our lives and hoped for. It was country, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It was so beautiful sitting on the back porch that we never once sat in the living room. We had lots of coffee and laughs sitting out there. We never even went into the hot tub or sauna. Would definitely recommend if this is what you need for your soul.

Top notch spot and host!! We had such a great time at Alexa’s lovely home! It was so cozy, beautifully decorated, modernized, and had all the essential items you’d need - plus it is completely pet friendly! Our dog loved the fenced in yard with a doggy door to get out to it. The sauna, endless pool, and hot tub are just amazing amenities to have on site - that sunroom was my favorite place in the house to say the least! Can’t say enough about it and Alexa, too! She is super friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations for fun and good food in the area. Overall, it was just a wonderful and relaxing experience for our first time on the Maine coast and we can’t wait to visit again!

First time renting on Airbnb, it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. The cozy cabin on the cliffs of Maine was beyond anything I could’ve imagined. Stephanie & Heather thought of everything; welcome snacks, dog treats, water, things to do,etc. They even had binoculars, we used on a bald eagle diving into water. Being able to use their kayaks (no charge), made packing & planning much easier. The peaceful surroundings & natural beauty made it easy to disconnect & relax. We saw so many jellyfish in the ocean and they were beautiful! On check-out morn, Stephanie messaged us to say we stay later in day because no one was checking in today, it was the nicest day. That extra time meant everything, we ended up leaving around 4pm with no extra charge. The level of kindness & hospitality is rare & so appreciated. This stay was absolutely unforgettable, we will 100% be coming back. Thank you, Stephanie & Heather, for creating such a peaceful, thoughtful, & welcoming escape.

Such a lovely, well-designed and tastefully appointed large studio with cathedral ceilings and beautiful views of far-distant water through the woods. Quiet setting amidst nature with just 2 houses in the vicinity. Greatly decorated with yellow sunshine accent colors, comfy bed with topper and crisp beddings. You can see the sun rise from the wall of windows looking East. It is about a 10–15-minute drive to both Brunswick and Freeport, in between. Peaceful, designed and cottagey. Thanks for the Prosecco and the coffee / hot chocolate available on site. It was that special touch. Thank you

Christine’s place was very clean and cozy and the location on the water couldn’t be beat. We were in town to visit Bowdoin, so didn’t take advantage of the kayaks, but loved waking up to the water view each morning. Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive and while we didn’t cook, the kitchen looked well stocked.

What a fantastic place to stay! Just minutes from downtown Brunswick with gons of shopping and great food. The apartment was spotless, easy to get into, and plenty of off-street parking. everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

Loved the layout of the house. Great kitchen and master bedroom. Master bath a little cramped. Enjoyed the view and outdoor seating.

Grump’s cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a tranquil launching pad for outdoor adventures. The surrounding area is adorned with stunning mountains and rivers. We saw a moose on our morning drive to the trail head and rented canoes at Lake Umbagog. It exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were responsive and friendly too.

We rented the house for a week in order for out-of-state family to be close by for graduation. They were very comfortable, lots of space to spread out and the amenities made the stay comfortable and easy. Walking distance to several playgrounds, downtown Maine Street with lots of shops and food options. Will definitely be reserving again for future family gatherings.

Adorable little house which was perfect for our stay! Easy and simple check in and check out. We were only there for 2 nights but we enjoyed our stay. Really well located-close (driving) to local attractions: such as Reid state park, the osprey, Eros oyster, and five island lobster. The water pressure and temperature is good. We had the windows open and the fan blasting and were fine but it may be too hot and uncomfortable later in the summer since I don’t think the tiny house has any air conditioning? The little patio outside the house was pleasant to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The house was well stocked with TP, extra linens, dish soap and hand soap. Shower had a bar of soap. The house is small but enough room for two adults and a corgi. Ann and Doug were good communicators.
