Recently converted from barns the Garden Cottage is close to The Norfolk Broads, Norwich and the North Norfolk Coast. You’ll love our cottage because of its quiet rural location and of course the hot tub. The cottage is great for couples who just want to relax or as a base to visit the area. Babies are welcome, we can provide a travel cot and high chair at no extra cost. Set in the heart of the Broads National Park, two minute walk from Womack Water and river and five minutes to Ludham village pub and shop. Scenic river and marsh walks, nature trails, beaches, riverside pubs, boat hire all close by. Seal pups at Horsey a special off- season attraction December to February.

You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.
