Up to 5 people can be accommodated in our 3 bedrooms. One person could sleep on the cozy couch in the living room. The apartment has a kitchen with 2 stoves, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Parking is sufficiently available. It is only a 5-minute walk to the boulevard, paddock or the Hatzenbach section. The apartment is located directly on the grandstand T13. Ample parking space available.

This apartment is a very special place. Originally, this apartment was a barn, which was probably built in 1903 and over the years fulfilled many purposes, until we bought the ruin in 2010 and from 2016 to this beautiful, almost 75sqm apartment rebuilt. My place is close to the Nürburgring, it is 2.4 km from the path to the driveway. You'll love my place because of the generous space, the full furnishings that also allow the preparation of meals, because of the relatively reasonable rental prices, and the immediate neighborhood to the Nürburgring. Bringing dogs is allowed on request and costs €4/night/dog.
