Wonderful Stay with Excellent Hospitality I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Estela’s property. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Estela was an exceptional host—always responsive, understanding, and incredibly accommodating, even when unexpected situations arose. Her communication was clear and thoughtful, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located, making it easy to commute to nearby Maryland, DC, and Virginia. It’s close to River Rd, Massachusetts Avenue, and the highway, with excellent public transportation options available. The location really made daily life and traveling around the area simple and efficient. I also appreciated how well-maintained the property was, which made it a comfortable and relaxing place to live. I would highly recommend Estela’s place to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming host. I’m truly grateful for the experience and now it’s my top choice in the area

This was a perfect stay. The host (Kelly) was responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate various requests and provide additional information about the neighborhood (which was stunning, walkable and safe). She even provided an extension cord for an EV charger which ultimately wasn’t needed. The unit itself was as thoughtful as the host. It was recently renovated and all the right investments were made—quality materials, excellent use of space, large kitchen sink, motion activated lights along the walkway outside…even the kitchen utensils and other amenities were on point such as pantry items, a high quality robe and towels, soft wash cloths, and more. Nothing about this unit was an afterthought. It’s clear a great deal of intention and care went into ensuring guests have a seamless experience. I couldn’t have been more impressed. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at Peter's house. The setting could not be more beautiful - we were there in January and the snow covered hills and forest just added to the gorgeous, restorative views. We loved walking around the lovely neighborhood each day. We were there for recovery from a medical procedure, so we loved the location - 15 minutes to Georgetown University Hospital and 5 minutes to a grocery store and pharmacy. The house was incredibly clean, which was critical for us. We almost never left the home and it was the perfect space - two living areas, a huge table for puzzles, big screen TV for movie night and a comfortable couch for naps. All the amenities were perfect - the kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of games, cleaning supplies, laundry facilities, and the bed was very comfortable. The high speed wifi was fast enough for work and zoom meetings. Peter was so helpful and responsive - I have yet to meet a better host. I would 100% come back!

Came here with my friend for a wedding, really supportive host and great communication! No issues whatsoever prior, during or after the stay! 10/10 recommend. If you want a location that’s not busy, but is close to everything in DC metro area and Bethesda - this is the spot for you
