Large architect-designed villa by Lake Mälaren, with magnificent views and its own dock, large hot tub and two saunas. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

The house is in a quiet area close to nice forest walks, swimming, shopping and good connections to Stockholm city by both bus and boat. Welcome to our new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking for one car. It’s a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, it takes 11 minutes by subway or less than 20 minutes by bike. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.

One of the highlights of our villa is the large terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the stunning views of the surroundings. Part of a house with a garden

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
