From the property, you can reach the beach as well as the city center within a few minutes walking. There are several shopping opportunities nearby, amusement parks as well as restaurants and bars. With the ideal bus,train and highway connections, you can quickly reach your destination. My place is completely new equipped and is located in a private, park-like residence with in-house pool(June 1st, 23 Seap.), where you will certainly find time to relax and unwind.
