Featuring a private access (self check-in) a split level with sleeping area and garden area. On the ground floor (24 m2) is a living room, kitchenette with fridge, two hotplates, dining area and separate bathroom. There is a sofa bed (for 1 additional adult or 2 small children). On the loft is the bedroom with a double bed, plenty of closet space and a clothing rack.

Are you tired of the city? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.
