Bright and beautiful home on 2 floors. The home is beautifully close to Nybølnor. The home is located in connection with Nybølnorstien, and close to Gendarmstien. There is a private terrace and garden with a fireplace. There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, both in the forest and by the beach. Gråsten Castle 7 km. Brickworks Museum "Cathrines Minde" 5 km. Dybbøl Mill and History Center "1864" 8 km. Sønderborg 10 km. Univers 25 km. Flensborg 20 km. Shopping 3 km. Good beach 6 km. The apartment is on the 1st floor in a brick master villa from 1934 and is 78 sqm. The home is a non-smoking home, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
