We absolutely love this place. Our second visit didn’t disappoint and we will definitely be back. Literally everything provided, host quick to answer queries, local co op for anything you don’t take, stunning scenery, lovely walks and a fabulous hot tub to end the day. Just perfect 👌

We only stayed 2 nights but Thelma’s place was excellent. Very clean and tidy, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. A lovely place to relax especially in your own little garden space to the side, which is where I spend most of my time! Thelma is a lovely lady and correspondence with her was first class. We couldn’t recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back for a longer stay when we can.

The property is in a beautiful location and very reasonably priced. The property was spotless, warm and the beds were very comfortable. David provided us with really clear and detailed instructions to access the property. He also provided a number of recommendations of sites to visit. He even left us a wee bottle of milk to make sure we would be able to have tea as we were arriving quiet late! My family and I would stay again; we highly recommend.

2nd time staying here, which says everything. Tranquil, beautiful place, amazing hosts, great accommodations, just a spectacular stay. We’ll be back again, and hopefully again after that!

Beautiful gardens quaint cottage. Annex rustic and serviceable. Different pictures on line. Courtyard looked very different as did the funiture in the front room. The bathroom needs updating bit too rustic for me but thats my opinion. Very comfortable and outside is outstanding.

It was a wonderful and unique experience, Elizabeth was wonderful and generous, the hostel was beautiful, comfortable and wonderful, the breakfast was beautiful, the view was amazing, I will repeat the experience again, thank you Elizabeth.

The Nest was exactly as described in the listing. The grounds and surrounding area were stunning. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and a few light breakfast items were made available by Oona. It was the perfect place to start our holiday in Ireland.

We booked the annex for a small family gathering as we were going to the nearby NEC for the Gardeners’ World show and so the setting seemed the perfect place with its wonderful garden backdrop. Chris met us at check in and gave us the grand tour and it didn’t disappoint — a truly beautiful space filled with love and care and fantastic plants of all shapes and sizes. The annex itself was wonderful too, ideal for us to cook food each night and make breakfast, and relax on the sofa and catch up. The beds were all super comfortable and the bathroom easily suited us for our needs. A high end finish throughout made our family stay a really enjoyable weekend reunion.

Gorgeous home! We loved our anniversary stay at The Annexe. It’s a beautiful property with country views and the hosts are super friendly. Would absolutely recommend staying here, couldn’t fault it. We hope to stay again in the future!

Lovely bolthole - beautiful barn with a wonderful view over nice garden and fields. Well equipped for two people and comfy with nice living space and TV. Kitchen had everything we needed (and we did lots of cooking) and good oven/hob/BBQ. The best thing for us was the tennis court - it's an artificial turf court in excellent condition - played very nicely and we used it every day! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Stunning location, beautiful lodge with every detail thought about. Fiona was quick to answer us when we had a question. We had the best time and it was clear that Fiona takes pride in her accommodation and making sure people have a fabulous time. There were lovely little touches that made it special. We can not wait to return.

A really beautiful, homely cottage with the most wonderful view over the little lake. It does get some background noise from the nearby motorway but it's easy to tune out and forget when in this lovely spot. Laura was very friendly over message and set up everything very nicely for our short stay. Thank you!

We had such a lovely stay at the lodge, the decor is impeccable and makes you feel as though you are in a luxury hotel with the added benefit of the large patio & parking so close to the river. You really couldn’t ask for anything more. Barrie was a great host, we would definitely recommend this stay to other guests!

Such a beautiful lodge, great views, super cozy. Pool and hot tub are the highlights. Hosts were super responsive and very accommodating when it came to pool time usage.

A fantastic little gem! Great for a mini break, we attended a wedding nearby. The breakfast basket provided is a great little touch! Check in was easy and Adam greeted us at the door both at check in and check out, very welcoming.

Have been staying here for 5 years…currently petitioning Mark to build a family house so I can bring the kids : ) I really believe this type of host and property will save Airbnb. Nobody i know really uses Airbnb anymore because it’s too expensive and poorly run around the world. Hotels provide so much more value than Airbnb…unless you compare them to Mark’s properties. This is how it should be done⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is worth every single penny. The service that we got there was phenomenal, especially because our first Airbnb let us down very late in the day and this one stepped up stepped in and then knocked it out of the park. Chambers and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had somewhere to stay. We couldn’t have asked for a bit of service and night sleep and a great time at this Airbnb. I will be going back to this one. I’m sure that’s thrown out a lot by people. But I will be going back to this one. If this is trivago would be given five stars but we’re not. This is getting 10 stars.

Imogen has furnished the Mariannerie beautifully, it is rustic, homely and full of books, pictures and trinkets that she has collected, it is full of personality. There is everything you need in the kitchen, despite its small size. The shower is powerful and hot. We especially liked the tiny log burner and the rocking chair. Views out of the windows are lovely and the outside space is pretty, though the family's garden does adjoin so don't expect huge privacy. We walked the mile along the canal to the pub and enjoyed the sunset in their waterside garden. A great getaway, thank you.

This is the perfect place to stay for any and all things in Stirling or the area. Andrea and Gregor were so kind and communicated very well! We talked in their driveway about how we have all lived in Texas and also much we have enjoyed Scotland! Great shower, comfortable beds, lovely deck on the front with perfect view of The National Wallace Monument. Would recommend to anyone! Also visit Chris at the William Wallace pub, 2 minutes walk from this BnB, for traditional pub with live music! Thank you Andrea and Gregor and GO SPURS! :)

lovely getaway to lollybogs cottage, lovely sunset views from the hot tub. Sarah is very friendly and proactive when booking, she even left a few gifts for our group after finding out it was a celebration for my sister's small group of bridesmaid with one week to go for the wedding, this was a lovely special touch. Spacious rooms and beds are very comfy. I am sure we will find an excuse to be back again in the future.

The perfect spot for a much-needed peaceful getaway. The accommodation was beautiful, with lovely extra touches like locally made soap, homemade jam and not only a coffee machine but also a milk frother! The bed was wonderfully comfortable and waking up to the sound of cuckoos was bliss. Michael was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful but also left us to our own devices so we felt very secluded and private. We loved walking, cycling and swimming in the river nearby as well as getting out to explore the local towns, having been recommended some great places to visit and restaurants to eat at.
