We stayed at Rachel and Michael’s place for 10 days and enjoyed every single one of them. The location is beautiful and in a fantastic, safe area. The facilities were top-notch, and the historical charm of the home made it even more special. Rachel went above and beyond—she even stocked the place with food and snacks for our arrival, which made us feel instantly at home. The hosts were so welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay. We've visited this area before, but this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We spent 3 days here for a girls trip. Great location, the place offered an amazing view of the beach, ocean, swimming pools and the canal. We took so many photos on the balcony. We could enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of the FountainBleau hotel, the food and drinks were amazing, a little on the pricey side, but in line with what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The entire resort is very lively and vibrant, there’s always music at the adult pool. There was a slight problem with cleaning the fridge right when we arrived, but housekeeping was very responsive. They immediately came and cleaned it. Overall, a great experience, I would totally recommend this place for your vacation.

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Our host was sensational, very responsive. The condo was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described great ocean view. We’re coming back for Thanksgiving. That’s how much we loved it. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host five stars.

Beautiful room overlooking the ocean and pools of Fountain Bleau. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again! 12-15 min from South Beach by uber and plenty of restaurants nearby!

We loved Lorelei's place! It was perfect for a long weekend in Miami. It was comfortable, clean, and in a great location! We walked to a bunch of great restaurants and were able to walk to our kayak tour launch point at the Dinner Key Marina as well. We made use of the pool which has an amazing view and found the hotel style check in and baggage holding to be super helpful. Loved it!

We spent 10 days in Miami at Nancy‘s beautiful condo. It was exactly as pictured with new furnishings that were simple, elegant, and stylish. It worked really well for us. Our son and his wife visited for a few days and we were able to bring our dog. Nancy was extremely responsive. The only glitch was checking in. We arrived at 5pm the Saturday before Christmas and it was mobbed. Because the access to the building is biometric, we needed to be registered and the system wasn’t working for the first day. It all got sorted in the end, but it took a bit of time. When the garage did not seem to have our pre-registration, Nancy was immediately responsive and spoke to the people and we were able to work it out. The pool complex was lovely with a Normas hot tub. We didn’t use the fitness center, but we did enjoy walking in the nearby park and also walking a block to the Publix for breakfast and lunch supplies. Great stay! The place was just as described: clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We even saw a peacock, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at this property and we have already booked it again for next year. For us, you can't beat the location, which is very close to downtown but far enough to feel more neighborhood like and peaceful. The townhouse concept is great especially if you have a pet.

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

I will definitely come back many times, Donna is an excellent host and the place is amazing. I 100% recommend staying here, quiet, clean, cool and clean place, and best of all its excellent location.

The best part about this unit is the host (Maria). She is wonderful in terms of helping and accommodating, and went as far as to go out of her way to give me a ride. I was there for a family emergency and she was very compassionate and helpful. This is my second stay and I’ll be returning to this place when the time comes. Nice, cozy, well taken care of place with all the basics. Great for an individual or a couple.

Fiona never disappoints. She really goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and can relax during my trip. Her place is always a great stay. If it’s available, I definitely recommend booking it.

Phenomenal. A little oasis. Veronica is extremely helpful and communicative. The place was clean and thoughtfully curated - probably the homiest place I've lived in. I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Miami, and I have to say, the place I stayed in was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I knew this apartment was something special. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking, offering an unobstructed view of both the ocean and the city skyline. Waking up every morning to that incredible sunrise over the water was truly magical. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of style and comfort. It was spacious, modern, and filled with light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior was beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room was cozy yet luxurious, and I spent hours just relaxing, taking in the incredible surroundings. The location was perfect too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

Really cool condo and in a great location. The bed was extremely comfy and was scented with fabric softener, it smelled amazing. Everything in the condo is pristine and immaculate but the amenities are the best part, you get to swim in one of the largest swimming pools in Miami while also getting to go to the sauna right afterward. Great to lounge under the sun and get a tan. The balcony is also super long and great for photography. Awesome place, great stay!
