NO PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS Single-family home with equipped kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. The house is on our property and has access to a covered pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen and less than a quarter of an hour from Giverny. A great base for exploring Paris and Normandy. English spoken fluently.

Upstairs: master suite and bathroom with toilet and bathtub. On site parking space. The house is part of a property with other buildings. We cannot accept pets. There's no wifi or TV. Firewood for fireplace optional: 30 euros To be indicated 48 hours before arrival.
