We had a great stay at Marlieke's place and fellt right at home after arival. The cottage is very clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marlieke has really thought of whatever her guests might need, from a well stocked fridge and welcoming snacks, high quality kitchen material, to even a sewing kit in case your button falls off and toys to make our daughter feel energised after a long flight. The beds are high quality, the bath luxurious, and the view amazing. With a car you can reach all interesting places (Amsterdam, Utrecht, castle, woods etc) within half an hour. Marlieke has prepared several information maps for day trips and IJsselstein itself is also a lovely little town where we went often for coffee etc. Marlieke responded quickly to all my questions and gave very useful practical suggestions. The family is lovely and our daughter enjoyed playing with the youngest girls and Soof the dog. She was also very happy to be allowed to help take care of all the animals!

Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Airbnb very much. Patricia was super friendly and even had all kinds of fun toys prepared for our 1.5 year old daughter. Very sweet! The Airbnb itself was very cozy and nice. Definitely recommended! The chickens that scurry by complete the whole :)

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Soest! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The horses on the property added a unique and peaceful touch, and there was plenty to do in the area for nature lovers. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the owner, Denise. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Nice, quiet stay in nature. Great to unwind and enjoy a little wellness. Sauna and Whirlpool worked well and the introduction from Peter was easy to understand and follow. There s bikes to lend at any time, the vacation home is conveniently located close to Putten. Thanks a lot for a relaxing stay.

The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was Pentecost weekend and I've never seen so many dogs. All on a leash and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes walk you are in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also go off the leash. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq , is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. Thank you for the nice days.

We were there the second time. Great place to stay and beautiful grounds. The large pool is heated and therefore great for the whole family even in not so hot weather.

If you’re looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay, this is the perfect spot. The four of us really enjoyed our time here. Peter-Jan gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and shared some helpful tips. While the routes along the canals make the journeys a bit longer, the travel time to Utrecht or Amsterdam is absolutely reasonable. We’d be happy to come back!

Vreeland. Entirely unexpected - this is one beautiful spot on earth. Highly recommend.

We arrived to meet our host. He showed us where things were, supplying us with everything we might need in the first day. (When you arrive late in the day grocery shopping isn’t always an option). A nice bottle o wine to relax with. We could walk to the train station and the grocery store so we could easily use this as a home base without needing to rent a car (we didn’t want to drive on the narrow roads when visiting family). The train strike made the last day a bit more of a challenge, but not insurmountable (our host has no control over the railway). It was the perfect retreat for us after a day touring or a day spent visiting relatives scattered through Zuid Holland and Utrecht. Thank you Rens and Rachel for being so welcoming and making our stay enjoyable. We hope to come back in the future.

Ellen was an absolutely wonderful host! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and even took the time to share local recommendations and places to explore in the area, which made our trip even more special. Her kindness and warmth really stood out—she’s the kind of host who makes you feel right at home. Overall, a super lovely experience. Would absolutely stay again!

Ireen's apartment is beautiful, equipped with everything and impeccably clean. Very close to the wonderful Haar Castle and a 20-minute drive from beautiful Utrecht. Ireen is very hospitable and available to give you any advice. I felt right at home. Highly recommended.

A very special place. It's so unique to go there by boat. The house itself is super stylish and clean. The communication with Rogier was particularly pleasant: in other words, if you have the chance to rent it I would definitely do it: enjoy it!

Had a lovely stay at the island, a quiet spot to spend some restful days. The wood firing stove made our stay very cozy even if we had some rainy days! Henk was a nice host and gave us a lift from/to the station.

Marian and Emile's place was really great for our family holidays. There was enough space, the garden is beautiful and the kids were able to let off steam on the huge trampoline. It is quiet, and the garden is really an oasis to relax and unwind. So beautiful green and private Willie, the hangover loved the kids. Communication with Marian and Emile was great. Very friendly, helpful and reliable. We felt very comfortable in this lovingly furnished house and enjoyed every day. Thanks for the lovely welcome with the beautiful flowers!

We had a wonderful girls' weekend at the place! The house was exactly as described – very clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped. We particularly liked the cozy living area, where we could sit together for a long time in the evening. The location was ideal – quiet but still easily accessible. Biljana's place was great to stay at and great for families. The neighbourhood is quiet, serene and with at least 3 playgrounds in walking distance of the house, we had a lot to do for our toddler in the quietmoments in between trips. Parking is free and spaces are abundant. She provides lots of toys for little ones and provided a travel cot for our 2 year old that was not yet used to sleeping on a bed. The place is well kept, clean and a treat. The air conditioning was great for the hottest days. Access to the house is best in class. Would happily stay here again. This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

We had a great stay! Kirsten was a fantastic host, the home was as described and there were really nice touches to make you feel a home. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Had a fantastic stay at Lester's place. Apartment is in a wonderful location with so many great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It was also easy to connect to public transport when we wanted to go further afield. Apartment was clean and was exactly as described. Lester was a great host. I would highly recommend a stay in this property!

It was a super lovely place to stay. I wish it was a little closer to the city center but I really loved the drive from the metro station, the fields were very beautiful and peaceful. It was really quiet out there and there Airbnb was gorgeous.

We were warmly welcomed by Klaas Jan. Refrigerator was well stocked and there were also some treats present. The house, and certainly the kitchen, has all the comforts. There was also a covered and enclosed place where we could store and charge our bikes. We sat outside on the banks of the Hollandse Ijssel, at the back of the house. The front is located on a busy provincial road, which is audible in the house and garden. The living room and kitchen (upstairs) are very spacious, downstairs, where the bedrooms are, it is just a bit cramped for 3 adults. Also because the master bedroom is only accessible via the bathroom. In addition, there was no curtain/door at the bed to darken the daylight that comes through the skylight early in the morning. But all in all we had a very pleasant stay in this super luxurious AirBnB and we would highly recommend it, especially if you are only two!

We loved our stay at Joan’s place. The house is spacious and the setting on the canal is beautiful. It was very quick to drive to the highway from there too so it was a great base to explore other cities in the Netherlands.
