The property is located 10 km from Brest and Brest-Guipavas Airport. It is 3 minutes from the large "La Récré" amusement park of the Trois Curés in Milizac and 15 minutes from the beaches.

Quiet and landscaped environment in a private house 60 m from the edge of the Elorn. The nearby coastal path offers a nice 1 km walk along the river, and leads you to the GR 34. The accommodation consists of a bedroom, a living room with access to the terrace. This living room can be transformed into a second bedroom thanks to a very comfortable sofa bed. The toilet is in the shower room. The access corridor to the proposed accommodation is equipped with a curtain to guarantee your tranquility.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area of Brest 200m from the Arena room and 200m from a TRAM station. A large wooded park can also be reached in a few minutes. The accommodation offered to visitors is independent of the part occupied by the hosts. The 2nd bedroom will be charged 37 euros per additional visitor
