Located in Saint Martin, the accommodation is close to downtown, Morvan Hospital and the Faculty of Medicine. It is on a busy street. The accommodation (with a surface of 22 m²) is on the ground floor and you have a garage right in front. All amenities are brand new: sanitary facilities, dishwasher... The bed (160 cm) is made upon arrival and I provide towels.

Very nice apartment Rade panoramic view

We rent our pleasant sea view apartment, the 180 degree panorama of the harbor is superb (from Plougastel to the entrance to the goulet). Ideally located in the city center, 2 min walk from the train station, 5 min from the tram and all amenities. Guests will enjoy a beautiful living space and a small south-facing rolling balcony, ideal for 2-3 guests.
