Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

Our apartment was stunningly beautiful. The decor was gorgeous with lakeside influences and we had direct access to the pristine lake Garda. We could sit on our balcony and watch all the water activities passing by. Amenities and snacks left for us were perfect. Lots of local information. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment in perfect location, we walked everywhere.

The place is as described. It is a wonderful location near the bus stops to Verona and Sirmonie as well as the harbour for the ferries . The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed and we were welcomed by Giuseppe who also responds quick to messages / questions we had and was very helpful in pointing us to the local bakery and convenient store . The apartment has loads of shops , restaurants, coffee bars and gelato bars in the area and we were spoilt for choice . The location is absolute key and it was so convenient as we did not have to drive but use the facilities available in the area . Would absolutely recommend this apartment it is well equipped and spacious and we will definitely recommend and hopefully be back again

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property — right outside the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a short walk away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place – the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you! We'll be back for sure😊. A dream, to stay right across from the Venetian Lagoon and just down the street from beach access. The studio is perfect. The shower was great. I was so happy to have a washing machine. I had to Google how to use it, lol, but it was easy once I understood it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a big bottle of water in the refrigerator. Davide’s parents were so very kind to me. I appreciated their warm welcome and goodbye. The walls are thin, but it wasn’t unsettling or constant noise.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! It was simply enchanting in every way. We were able to spend an unforgettable time, one would certainly endure it even longer. Fantastic location right by the sea, terrace invites you to linger. Mega roof terrace. Fully equipped and absolutely nothing is missing.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The apartment is small but very well equipped - we lacked nothing. We especially liked the proximity to the lake and the city center. Boris is very helpful and responds quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay at Oreste's was absolutely great! The place was exactly as described – very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you might need. You can immediately tell that Oreste makes a great effort to make his guests' stay as pleasant as possible. Oreste was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host – always available and very attentive. He gave us great tips for restaurants and attractions in the area, which made our stay even more special. The location of the accommodation was also ideal – quiet, but still well connected and close to many interesting places. We felt welcome and comfortable from the first moment. We can fully recommend the accommodation and Oreste as a host and would come back anytime. Thank you for everything!

A great stay as a couple in an idyllic setting, perfect for relaxing! :)) Note for those who are more sensitive to noise: you can hear footsteps on the stairs above the bathroom, and the French door lets in outside sounds.

Great and centrally located apartment for family or group. Great view from the rooftop terrace and super clean. The low ceiling height in the 3rd bedroom and access to the terrace only in a stooped position is unfortunately not mentioned. Not even a salt shaker in the kitchen... But you can live with that. Supermarket around the corner. Great value for the money!! We would love to vacation there again at any time.

We liked it very much! We will be happy to ☺️ come back. As Germans, we would have liked to have had another toaster, but that would also be the only shortcoming. There are many fishermen in😅 front of the door all day, which is somewhat calming.

This typical seaside apartment overlooking beautiful Chioggia is a real paradise. The location is perfect, to reach the beach and the center of Sottomarina within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is furnished with taste and care, with ample space and a terrace overlooking the sea, the view is breathtaking facing Chioggia and the fishing port, the sun enters abundantly through the windows, with a wonderful sunset! The cleanliness and organization are impeccable, every detail has been designed to ensure maximum comfort. The management service was very helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a beach apartment that makes you feel like you're on vacation, this is the place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.

A very nice apartment with a very large terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. Nothing was missing. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The apartment makes a very neat impression and was very clean. A private parking lot and a private beach were still a great addition. Linda was always helpful and supported us. We enjoyed every day in the apartment.

Sara was a lovely host. Very quick in helping with anything we needed. The apartment was clean, modern and a good location. Highly recommended!!
