It's a beautiful, little house, perfect for our needs. Great view from the backyard over the water. Being close to Rt 1 made all of the places we wanted to visit very accessible. The binder with places to eat and their menus made things much easier. When visiting the Bath area we would certainly stay here again!

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! Everything was as described! Very tranquil setting. Loved sitting on both the sunporch and deck watching the boats go by. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. NIce to relax without the distraction of tv for a change. Enjoyed their Bose radio.. Also the verizon phone /computer connection was excellent. It was a great home base for exploring the mid coast of Maine. Lots of good restaurants near by and the owner offered many heloful hints as to what to see, where to est and what to do. His communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this rental.

Crissy and this beautiful cozy cabin in the woods, are both wonderful! Arrangements couldn’t be easier, lots of recommendations for things to do, but just hanging out in the home is nice too. Great place to unwind.

Great place out in the country! Beautiful view of the meadow from the bedrooms. Spacious living area with plenty of space for cots or sleeping bags. Really liked the pkace and location!!

Me and my friends loved this BNB!! The hot tub was amazing and the pool was an awesome addition. Instructions were clear and even called to walk me through everything. Plenty of places to sleep and loads of places to go!

Jonathan and Lisa were wonderful hosts! We stayed 3 nights to enjoy some Spring skiing at Saddleback. The home was close to town and a quick drive to Saddleback mountain. The house is perched high on a hill overlooking Rangeley lake. The downside is that the driveway is steep and icy (this time of year due to the recent March thaws) but the view and sunsets are breathtaking!! For an additional fee, you can enjoy their newly built sauna and whirlpool. So relaxing after a day of skiing that we booked it twice. The house has all the comforts of home. Being culinary masters, we had a bit of a struggle in the small kitchen. But certainly most everything you need to prepare great meals. Communication with the hosts was excellent and timely.

Angela was a fantastic host, responding quickly to any questions. The home was nice, close to downtown, and a HUGE yard for the dogs

The host gave us an upgrade to another tiny house in the same location that we gladly accepted. We were welcomed by fresh lilacs in the tiny home with cozy ambiance. The location is remote with a small farm stand (the honey from this stand is a must, we got the biggest jar and we have zero regrets). This is a peaceful retreat with beautiful views and hikes. I recommend this to anyone looking to escape the city.

We loved our stay! A week was not long enough! Very open layout with lots of space. We loved having a washer and dryer! It was a pleasure to talk to Tom! Really a person you could talk to hours for! We left feeling like family, and couldn’t recommend the place more! If you’re looking to visit Maine or even the big city of Portland, I would recommend you look here. Being out in the country sheds a different light on all that Maine has to offer!

I was meeting with family for a graduation. Four of us were staying here. The place was exactly what we needed in our lives and hoped for. It was country, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It was so beautiful sitting on the back porch that we never once sat in the living room. We had lots of coffee and laughs sitting out there. We never even went into the hot tub or sauna. Would definitely recommend if this is what you need for your soul.

Great house! Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, and fantastic location. Very easy to communicate with the owners and check in/out was simple. My minor only critique is that we wish the grill were a bit bigger and nicer. We wanted to grill one day, but we were a little disappointed and unable to do so due to the grill quality. Would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful spot! Gorgeous, quiet pond and relaxing wood fired sauna. Rheanna is a super responsive and helpful host. We'll be back! Just FYI - this cabin is a "three season" structure. Although it was super comfortable, it felt a little more like camping than we originally expected with some cool nights and mornings, a few insect frinds, and a short walk to the shared bathrooms and kitchen area.

Carole was a pleasure to stay with. She was always responsive, and had a lot of great recommendations for what to do. Her place is absolutely beautiful, and staying at it was one of my favorite memories. I hope to come back some time!

We’ve been staying at Carolyn's for a few years & are always happy it’s available for the dates we like coming up. So happy we discovered it! It feels like home!

Our stay was fabulous. We have vacationed in the Bristol area with our small grandchildren several times and loved it but this time was the best . There is nothing more wondrous than being on a real farm with small kids. The view from the kitchen window is of a gentle hillside with sheep and the barnyard with cows and ducks and geese. I bought a copy of charlottes web at the extraordinary second hand book store inDamariscotta and and read it aloud to my 5-year-old grand daughter while we were there and she loved and could understand it because of being on a farm. The inside of the living space is open and spacious because of the high pitched ceilings. It was very clean and Helen and Jeff are warm and generous,explaining things and letting kids feed the chickens and brush the cows and showing them the Christmas tree part of the farm. Yet we never felt any lack of privacy. We found a dozen delicious eggs in the fridge and a sweet jar of wildflowers in the kitchen when we arrived.

Just the perfect cabin. At the end of a dead end road at the end of a small cove. The cabin is on a rock promontory with water on 2 sides. And the water is steps away from the cabin. We only saw a couple kayakers over three days and hardly heard any people. No motorboats. No loud sounds of any kinds - save the Ospreys that circled the cove. My partner is a birder and saw a few new birds from the front porch. The cabin reminded me of my grandparents cabin - very cozy, everything you need. The fireplace heated up the whole cabin. The bed was super comfortable. We hope to come back again!

Can’t speak highly enough of Joe’s place. Easily the most peaceful slice of island life, with an incredibly gracious host and flexible to what we need. Highlight of our year, every year.

I wanted a peaceful place by the water to unwind and Maggie’s home nailed it. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The deck views were amazing—islands, ospreys hunting, and a duck and her ducklings feeding along the shoreline. At low tide we poked around in the sand at the bottom of the rocks, and could have easily walked out to the center of the bay but it was juuuust a bit chilly for us. Easy to drive, park and walk along beach on the Atlantic side and explore. We didn’t have time to kayak but hope to be back to give it a go. So much beauty and nature, but with all the amenities that make it easy to relax. Maggie was responsive, and she and her family obviously care very much for the property. Check the propane BEFORE you plan to grill :), and bring flip flops to easily get from the house to the grotto (which was so comfy and cozy) and back again.
