In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.

Experience our cosy Tiny House in Scharten, Upper Austria - ideal for 4 people + child. Perfect for bike tours and visits to the thermal baths, it offers a cosy tree house feeling. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub Family-friendly with toys for the little ones. Ideal for those who want to try out the Tiny House experience! Due to the hot summer, the grass has unfortunately not yet grown properly. But you can get to the door, the terrace and the bathtub without getting your feet wet.

This centrally located accommodation offers an entire house (first floor, second floor, basement) with 130 m² and a spacious garden (500 m²) with terrace, which makes you feel like you are in a green oasis. Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.

The house was built in the 1950s, but completely renovated in 2019 in terms of floors and sanitary facilities. The spacious terrace in the garden invites you to relax. A pool is available for shared use after consultation. Sleeps up to 9 people in total. 6 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet.
