Vacation rentals with beach access in Breckland District

Excellent stay at Judith's apartment. I've stayed on a number of occasions and the apartment is always presented in immaculate condition. Central location is very beneficial. Guaranteed I'll be returning.

The views from the apartments are just phenomenal at any time of day you can watch the world go by, see the sunrise and the sunset with a glass of wine in your own comfortable and private space. The location is set right on the promenade with your own parking space supplied by the booking and from there, you can walk everywhere in Cromer to all the facilities including pubs, restaurants, the pier, cafés, bars etc. Park the car and leave it there for your whole stay, Cromer has really good bus and train links up and down the coast. Excellent walking from the apartment across the coast paths: turn left and walk for about an hour for Craigie Bottoms restaurant (excelkent seafood) or turn right on the coast path and do a long circular walk towards Gunton (3-4hours) where there is spectacular countryside, easy walking and some fabulous country pubs. This apartment is of an excellent quality, perfectly located and the host is very friendly, would highly recommend for a quality stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Bianca's place! The apartment is very spacious, spotless clean and it has all that you need. We travelled with a 1 year old and we felt right at home. Highly recommended.

A return visit from 2 years ago revealed all the things we first enjoyed about Paul’s place remained and that the interior had been maintained to the same clean and bright standard as before. Well provisioned and a high standard of furnishings made us feel comfortable from the off. The very short walk into town and the beach is a real feature of this place. We will definitely return.

Great place right at the centre in Cromer and around all the local pubs and attractions. Enjoyed my stay and will stay again in the future.

Great location for the beach and the local pub which served good pub food but you need to book for the restaurant. Accommodation as described, clean & comfortable. Water pressure superb, best shower ever & washer/dryer very welcome after an afternoon on the beach. Would be happy to recommend to friends & family.

What a beautiful home. We absolutely loved our week here. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children. The house and grounds are stunning, so much space inside and out. We hadn’t appreciated the garden would be quite so large, perfect for the kids to run around in. The little touches inside were perfect and the addition of lots of children’s books and toys were welcome. We had lovely weather too so were able to play croquet / badminton and sunbath on the loungers. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

This was a lovely little place to stay. It was clean and tidy. everything was easy to find inside the house. It was a peaceful place away from traffic which made sleeping easy! The host communicated well, too. I'd stay again!

Great find! Was really impressed with this place and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Had everything you could think of, even toys and games for children, as well as a complimentary basket of goodies for us when we arrived! We enjoyed the juke box the most and listened to lots of songs on there! The house fitted 7 of us comfortably and was very clean! Lee was very proactive and ensured we had a great stay - thank you!

Beautiful house in lovely surroundings and short drive to the beach. We had a fabulous time celebrating our Mum's 80th Birthday. Everything went smoothly and we really appreciated the early check on and lovely welcome basket . We plan on coming back .

We had a wonderful time at the Reading Room. The fully enclosed garden was brilliant for our dog! Her tail did not stop wagging! It was a bit like having your very own freedom field for use whenever you wanted. It was a very hot week so unfortunately we didn’t get as much use out of it as we would have hoped. The Reading Room had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. Cressida had thought ahead and put a fan in for us given the weather we were very grateful. The location of the property was nice with plenty of walks down the River Ouse and walking distance into Wiggenhall St Germans. Unfortunately we didn’t get to do many of the walks because of the heat but would love to come back sometime and try them out. Would highly recommend this property to people that like to holiday with their dogs. Cressida was a brilliant host and very quick to respond to messages.

Great property, great host. The house is exactly as the pictures, clean and has everything you need. Short walk to the centre of Sheringham and the beach, ideal for us as one of our party had limited mobility. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again.

We had a lively stay at Helen's, the garden is huge and is fenced (which was handy with a toddler), it has a playground and a small house for kids that our daughter loved. It also has a direct access to a field with two horses that were happy to be pet. The house itself is very large, clean, with a play room and lot of books and boardgames, and a very well equipped kitchen. We felt instantly at home. Helen even gave us spices we had forgotten and needed ro cook a dish. And of course, there was the jaccuzzi! It was the perfect gataway for a long week end. Would 100% recommend!

Spent an enjoyable week in this lovely apartment with fantastic sea views from every window. Really enjoyed watching the sunset over the sea on an evening. The apartment was spacious and well fitted out (even a full length mirror which most hosts do not provide). The whole apartment was spotless with an easy walk to shops and bars/restaurants. We decided to park in front of the apartments rather than using the underground garage as the access was a little tight for the larger car. We had no problems parking and generally a space was available along the street if we went out for the day. Check in went smoothly and it was very nice to have the use of a lift as we were on the second floor. There was renovation work going on in the children’s playground in front of the building but this wasn’t really a problem as the workers finished work at 4pm every day - sorry we never saw the finished playground before we left as think it will be a useful facility.

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

Check-in and communication was perfect. The flat an garden are wonderful, there is everything you need and more. When I arrived, there were cookies, chips and a bottle of wine plus a nice card greeting me. There was a shelf full of novels to choose from. The house is very near the seafront and the town centre. I hugely enjoyed my stay and warmly recommend Emma's house. Free parking in the street to be found.

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.

The flat was decorated to a very high standard. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and a toaster in perfect working order. A range of crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses were provided. Some beach related items were also stored in the kitchen. The bedroom has a WC, shower and an illuminated mirror. There is also a bedroom with two single beds with clothes storage. The lounge has a three-piece suite, smart tv with a range of free to air channels. There is a blu ray player and a stereo, some board games is also provided. There is also a separate toilet in the flat. The double bed has storage for clothes. Anyone can use this flat and can be assured that it will be money well spent. Liz is on-hand by phone should you need assistance. A flat that the owner can be proud of.
