On the beach side of Braunton, just 2 miles from the fabulous stretch of Saunton Sands it lies on the very edge of the village with its variety of stylish shops, bars and restaurants. For over 20's looking for a super comfortable well-maintained home with private parking, good sized garden with outdoor seating, hammock, lockable bike shed and no passing traffic? Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen and a super comfortable bedroom.
