Our house is well equipped for families with elderly or moderately disabled visitors with stair lift access upstairs and disability aids if required. The Tarka Trail is literally on our doorstep, beaches are a 10 min drive away WE PREFER NO BIG ADULT ONLY GROUPS THIS IS 4 BEDROOMED HOME BUT MAX No OF ADULTS STAYING AT ONE TIME IS 6+ CHILDREN respecting our neighbours is our priority

Bus station a 5 minute walk & train station 15 minute. An 8 minute drive to the hospital also. It is suitable for two people maximum, the Queen bed splits to make twin beds upon request. Just a 25 minute walk to Woolacombe village down through the valley ( a little longer on the way back ) and its award winning golden sandy beach or a 2 minute drive.

Heatherdown is the perfect beach house, overlooking Croyde Bay and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Set in 6 acres of private land and positioned on the headland, there are two properties, Heatherdown House and Heatherdown Chalet, which can be let separately or together. The House has 6 large double bedrooms, pool table, cinema room, two wood burners, and a huge deck with BBQ and wood fired pizza oven.
