There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. It is bike and walking distance into Simrishamn.

Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Cozy house with 5 minutes walking distance to beautiful nature reserve and sea. Another 5 min nice walk along the reserve and you reach charming Brantevik with cliff and beach baths as well as cafes and restaurants. The house consists of 2 rooms. Downstairs with bathroom, kitchen and living room and upstairs with double bed and 2 single beds. In the house there is a washing machine and dishwasher, shower, lots of games and basic TV channels. The patio is large, green and sunny. Here is also a big trampoline.

perfect cottage for a couple! Kathrin was a lovely host, and was very helpful with advice about the area. We paid for breakfast, which was excellent! thank you Kathrin.

Katharina is a very lovely person that will warmly welcome you! The place is greatly decorated and you can enjoy the view over the sea on the sunny terrace. I would definitely recommend to stay there.

Our three night stay at the house in Brantevik was absolutely amazing! Great location was perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. The contemporary decor created a charming atmosphere . The host was also incredibly thoughtful and really cared that we had a great stay. From the picturesque surroundings to the modern amenities, every moment was a pure delight. We couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. Highly recommended!

A fantastic cottage literally a stone's throw from the sea. Peaceful and close to nature. Jörgen was a nice and helpful host with many good tips. I highly recommend a visit.
