Bashley has a walk to farm shop, village shop, tea rooms, fishing lake & pub Self catering, central heating, unlimited hot water, open plan living/sleeping layout, garden furniture, BBQ, play area, ducks & chicken to feed Electric gate, off road parking, bike washdown & storage. Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Self contained annexe in New Forest

The annexe has all you need for basic self catering with a comfortable double bedroom. A third person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the kitchen/dining room. We're centrally located in the village, close to three pubs serving excellent food and shops selling all the basic necessities. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided for your arrival. Our village bakery offers lovely fresh bread and the well-stocked co-op is open until 10pm most days.

The Annex

The Annex is adjoining our main house, you have your own entrance and parking space. There is a fully equipped Kitchen and open plan sitting room downstairs, upstairs there is an en-suite bedroom. The Annex is spacious and bright and has a very relaxed feel.

A private, two-room suite within our home in the New Forest, one of the UK's most beautiful national parks with its walks, cycle tracks and beaches. Simple basic breakfast provided. Dogs welcome but must be controlled effectively.
