We live in Hamburg-Bramfeld and want to rent out our granny flat to nice guests via Airbnb. We are used to many visitors from home and abroad through our grown-up children and would like to welcome you as hosts in beautiful Hamburg. We have found great housing options ourselves via Airbnb and look forward to seeing you. Since we are a pure non-smoking household, we would also like to rent our apartment to non-smokers - but smoking outside is ok.

It is a separate room, which offers a comfortable ambience with a fully equipped kitchenette and shower room. The entrance is through the garden, which can also be used. The S-Bahn can be reached in 7 minutes and the bus can be reached in 2 minutes. In 30 minutes you are in the city center and in 20 minutes at the airport. All shopping facilities (e.g. Alstereinkaufszentrum) as well as the Alsterwanderweg are in the immediate vicinity.

***Perfect for city tour*** The attic of a 100 + year old house was completely renovated in 2024. Nevertheless, the charm of the years was preserved in loving detail work. 2km to the airport (no aircraft noise!) 200m to the underground 500 m to the S-Bahn (suburban train) 60m to the Alster hiking trail 500 m to the shopping street Not suitable for children below 10 years of age.
