Vacation rentals with a patio in Braintree

We had such a perfect stay here. We’re already talking about when we can book another visit! Super comfortable and cosy, the listed amenities made it so easy to have a relaxed time and switch off; we also didn’t have to pack that much. The hot-tub was amazing, and a great idea having a booking system in place. If we were staying for longer we still would have had plenty to do. Wifi was great and plenty plug sockets for charging phones/laptops. Went for a meal at the local pub down the road which was amazing too! Lovely views, nice and peaceful surroundings. You can hear the road from the hot-tub and decking chairs, but not enough to spoil the experience at all. Simon was super welcoming and helpful. I can imagine a place like this to be perfect to stay in during any season. It was both sunny and raining when we went, and it didn’t spoil the stay at all. Cannot wait to stay there again soon!

Loved our stay at Stacey and Damian’s. Perfect location in Cliftonville. Easily walkable to the old town, but also within reach of the lovely Walpole Bay and local shops / bars. Beautifully decorated space that was perfect for the 2 of us.

The place was perfect for our short stay! Really clean and modern. Jennifer is a delight! She’s super responsive, helpful and flexible. We really loved our stay here, would definitely stay again!

Chrissy is such a thoughtful host and the property is just perfect - the private outdoor courtyard is a great place to chill. Loved it!

Le logement de Susan est charmant et tout neuf, avec une petite cour au calme. Il se situe à 15 minutes à pied d’une station qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Londres en moins de 10 minutes. Je recommande vivement !

Michelle’s home is the best, most beautiful and comfortable Airbnb I’ve been in so far, I wish I had more time to stay there, I didn’t want to leave. The place is absolutely spotless, you feel at home instantly. I highly recommend this home! Worth every penny, perfect for if you’re wanting a place to just escape from life and relax, I would definitely stay at Michelle’s again, thank you for such a wonderful stay

Had the most amazing stay with Paul who was amazing from start to finish, was very attentive, went the extra mile with every little detail from muffins, fresh croissants, fresh juices and beverages, highest quality hand gel, shampoo etc. even had a love heart in rose petals on the bed this has definitely been my best experience through air bnb and would be back again, would highly recommend. If i could give 10 ⭐️ I would Thank you Paul for an amazing experience

John’s place was the perfect place to stay on our first stop during our honeymoon! John gave us some wonderful food recommendations as well as places to see in the area. The space is clean and has everything you would need, they’ve done a great job making use of a small space. If we are back in the area again, we will absolutely be looking to stay here!

We had a wedding close by and this AirBnb was a perfect find! Great value for money and perfect spot for a weekend getaway. This was our first trip with our puppy and Hannah made it all the more convenient. Would definitely recommend!

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we booked until after we left. Beautiful little touches like delicious fresh eggs from their chickens, milk, butter, jam, biscuits and a range of hot drinks etc. It felt spacious, the interior (and exterior) was beautiful and comfortable, the log burning stove was lit for our arrival ( Sharon messaged to ask if this is what we wanted) and all instructions before we arrived and in the house were clear and most helpful. We felt we had our own space, yet there was always friendly helpful advice on hand. We couldn’t have wished for more. Thank you Sharon.

We love the house, beautiful back yard with BBQ facilities connected with a spacious kitchen / dinner area. The whole family enjoyed the stay. Peftect local, very close driving distance to chlemsford City center where you can find all kind of supermarkets, Restaurant and shopping Malls.

A great little cottage in the centre of the village. It was the perfect location for us, visiting family.

What a great place, it has everything you need & more. Immaculately clean & feels like home from home. It’s one of the best place we have stayed & would highly recommend. The location is also amazing. Only a short walk and you can wander down the canal side to Maldon basin and enjoy the view, along with a number of pub’s & restaurants. 5/5

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

This is a gorgeous basement flat in a truly beautiful part of Cambridge. Located off one of Cambridge’s most visually stunning streets, this flat is located in pedestrianised-bliss where you can walk wherever you like. The flat is very quaint and cosy, with its book-lined walls and the lovely patio space outside. Eleanor is extremely communicative and a really helpful host. Thanks for such a pleasurable stay.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Would definitely stay here again. Can highly recommend the Annexe at no.9. Well laid out interior with great facilities and equipped to a high standard. Really appreciated the full bowl of coffee pods and food and drink staples on arrival. The private garden is secluded, quiet and well kept, ideal to relax in. Very well situated for Cambridge City centre and amenities, all within easy reach either by car or bus. A definite 10/10 for us.

We had an excellent stay in a wonderful little city. Situated by the Great River Ouse, added to a perfect break. Ann has thought of everything inside the accommodation to make a care free, comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend the property and beautiful location. David and Leslie are the kindest and most welcoming of hosts. They made me feel at home immediately, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very willing to accommodate my requests, and it was lovely to enjoy their hospitality in the garden. Their generosity was evident in the LWH - ensuring there were things for breakfast and a drink (even ice cold water in the fridge) to lovely cosmetics in the bathroom. And the LWH was spotless, beautifully kitted out and the bed was very, very comfortable. I had everything I needed for my short stay, and if I had needed something, I was reassured that all I should do was to ask. The LWH is a great place to stay to explore this part of Essex and is highly recommended. Thank you David and Leslie for all that you did to make my stay a memorable one.
