This is a 1 bedroom/studio; 1 mile to Wichita State University and Wesley Hospital, great shared outdoor space. We live here and we use our house. Our normal routine is in full swing. We are social and welcome guest interaction, but will also leave you to yourself - it's up to you! Regarding pets - Unfortunately we can not allow any pets including service animals. We have 2 large dogs on property and city law prohibits more than 2 pets at each residence in the city limits.

Not any fault of hers, but due to the weather there was extreme rain, and it caused some water to get into the basement. The host was extremely responsive, and immediately went about finding a solution for the problem. It was a cozy little space, and definitely worth the stay.

Wendy's place was great! Very short drive to downtown, which was great. Very clean space, comfortable beds, and really nice back patio area to hang out on.

Me an my family of three absolutely loved the cabin it had an amazing bed with the most beautiful view of a pond right off of the deck. The amount of animals we got to see in an around the pound was so cool for my son to see he spent a lot of time on the porch. Our host was so fast to answer everytime no matter the time. She gave us fun places to eat and we really enjoyed our stay.

We needed a long term home in the area and this was just what we needed. It is centrally located including quick access to downtown. The home sits on a very peaceful street in a quiet neighborhood. Ethan was very responsive to an occasional question.

Great place! Fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed, fluffy towels. :) Jen was a great host, flexible and instructions were clear. Wifi was fast, even on the other end of the unit. Had no issues working remote with 2 laptops and zoom calls. Community is peaceful and the people are friendly.
