Waihi Beach House Studio Unit

Self contained, fully carpeted studio unit. Very private. Not suitable for children or mobile infants. Waihi Beach is a short walk away from the studio unit. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby in the village all walking distance if required. During the winter season however some of the cafes and restaurants do close mid week. Please let me know if you require anything. There are two small dogs on the property but are contained in a seperate area from the studio unit.

Our comfortable one bedroom unit has pleasant rural views. We are located in a usually quiet hill-top cul de sac, about 1 km from the beach (North end). You have your own private lounge, bathroom, kitchenette and outdoor deck. We're not far from the Hauraki Rail Trail. We're within easy travel of the Coromandel, the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

Large sliding glass doors provide access to the studio, framed by wooden shutters. The deck features decorative plants and two stylish wooden chairs. Inside, cozy seating and natural light create an inviting space, while the greenery adds a touch of nature to the entrance.

We've spend 4 nights at the apartment, its a great place for a quick, relaxing getaway. The apartment was easy to find, very clean and tidy and the beds are very comfortable. The place has everything you'll need for a holiday. The beach is just down the road, a couple of nice playgrounds are only a few minutes walk away too. Great place for kids and adults alike. Highly recommend!

Great stay! We did have a power cut the first night which was extremely unlucky but Lisa refunded us the night and communicated well when the power was going to be back on. Otherwise house was awesome and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again

The bach was great. Small and compact but had everything you need, and within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Had a great deck, though the weather wasn't the best so we didn't get to use it as much as we could have. It was very handy to have access to the garage to be able to lock our bikes up securely. Would highly recommend to others.

I had the most amazing, relaxed adventure staying in Rudy. She’s comfortable and quiet and has everything you need. Her parkside location is just perfect and the local walks are stunning. Having the hot pools so close is such a bonus. Rudy’s amenities are simple but with a hint of luxury. My favourite part of my stay was having a hot shower in the morning sun, absolutely delightful. Her hosts are lovely people and extremely helpful. I truly wish I could have stayed longer.

She was a great host, friendly and responsive. We highly recommend her as a host & their place to stay.

The weather wasn’t great instead of going out we mostly stayed inside but had the best time ! For a bigger group the living room/ kitchen area was spacious and comfortable for us all. A well equipped kitchen and plenty of amenities. Everyone was comfortable and had enough space. Beautiful decor as well so a lovely atmosphere to be in. Thank you Ya!
