The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

The house features a kitchen, living area and separate bedroom. There are many award winning nearby restaurants and breweries (even a couple distilleries) all in walking distance. The light rail station is a convenient 10 minute walk, the bus station is around the corner. Uber is available in minutes.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

We are also easy drives to many of the area's wedding venues. 20 minute drive/ 25 minute light-rail ride to downtown Denver and 25 min. drive to Red Rocks theater.
