The lovingly furnished and newly renovated house in the north of Flensburg is only about 10 minutes' walk from the beach. It is also the ideal starting point for day trips to Denmark. I want you to feel completely comfortable and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. I am particularly looking forward to families with children. That is why I have paid great attention to ensuring that you find as many things as possible that you need in everyday life with (small) children on site with us.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to barbecue, play or unwind. The garden is almost completely fenced. Of course, there is also a crib in the house. Very nice and charming, circus car with wide double bed. Isolated and inlaid heat. Only 350 meters from lovely beach and forest as well as Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (homemade organic bowls, etc.) Coffee and tea for free use as well as bed linen and towels. Parking space right next to the circus carriage. 300 m to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensburg.

It's a mega great, cozy apartment. We felt very comfortable, we didn't miss anything. The apartment is decorated and furnished with love The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. As soon as it suits us, we'll come back. We say thank you for the wonderful time.

We stayed there for 6 days and felt very comfortable from the beginning. A good layout of the apartment, even with a separate toilet, terrace incl. ready to use gas grill. Suggestion might be to set up a TV in the living room again, but actually you don't drive into a vacation rental to sit there in front of the TV, so rather neglect. A carport and bikes are available, which is just comfortable. The apartment is very quiet and just good for our activities (hiking on the Gendarmenpfad, visiting Flensburg and day trips inland). Franz as a host is very nice, straightforward and very helpful, was fun. We are happy to recommend the apartment to acquaintances and will also be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful time at the place! The apartment was cozy, clean and exactly as described – a real feel-good place. The location was perfect, quiet yet well connected. The view of the sea directly from the balcony was a dream! The communication with Anna and Jan was super friendly and straightforward. I immediately felt welcome and was able to switch off properly. Super nice place that matched our needs. Not least three good bedrooms and a large spacious kitchen. The house is centrally located for trips on Als and in Flensburg. Can really recommend this place.

Direct beach location, view of the Baltic Sea coast from the balcony, quiet and at the same time very close to Flensburg and Denmark with numerous attractions! A perfect combination, crowned by the top equipment in the apartment itself. Absolute recommendation!

Nice, large apartment close to the border. The living room was super cozy with a large roof terrace. 5 minutes from the apartment are 2 supermarkets and various other shops. If we had had more time, we would definitely have visited the Frøslevlejrens Museum, which is close to the apartment. But unfortunately, it will have to be another time. Stefan always responded super quickly to my questions.
