The Cactus Suite was just that, sweet. It was the perfect place for relaxing and sleeping, what we needed on this trip. The bed was super comfy and the linens were wonderful. Would love to stay again.

Cairole is a fantastic host! Their location was perfect for a visit to Gunbarrel, accommodations as described and pristine, with everything one could need from supplies to local recommendations. She was incredibly kind and hospitable with a later arrival (and understanding with less than ideal communication on my part), clear with instructions, and thoughtful of those who might not be used to higher altitudes - a very sweet touch!. I returned home with the feeling that this is the real spirit of what Airbnb can be - a lovely opportunity to meet and briefly share life with beautiful humans. Looking forward to another visit!

We were in town just for the weekend to attend a wedding and this was the perfect place.

My husband & I felt right at home. Laura's a lovely person. So easy to talk to. She was helpful when we had questions about parking in Boulder and suggested some interesting places to visit. We stayed in their room named Gorgeous for 3 nights. Slept very well! The area is a nice residential area with parking (free) available on the street in front of the house. Her kitchen came equipped with beverages, bananas n portioned cereal mixes. It came with filtered water, too. She had a tray of yummy snacks in the room as well. The room had heater/AC and a white noise machine! Ample hooks and shelves and dedicated hooks in the shared bathroom for our towels. Thank you, Laura and Jim for a pleasant stay. It made our 1st time in Boulder memorable.

Beautiful and clean space. Self check in is simple. Very much enjoyed the amenities and the overall vibe of the stay. It’s very quiet, though, so it is quite easy to hear on the other side of the wall.

Christen’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was even better than it looked in the pictures—larger, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, including shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, an ironing board, and more. The couch was super comfortable, perfect for relaxing, and the walk-in closet was impressively spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

This house is clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Bunnies were hopping in the yard❤️ The kitchen was well stocked, we appreciated the coffee! Good location, easy to get to grocery store etc. also easy to get to hiking trails. Highly recommended.

This Earthship..WOW. My son and I had the most beautiful time, just him and I. The views were magical, the bed was perfect, the hot tub was amazing, and being able to view the Strawberry Moon from the most perfect spot was the cherry on top. We hope to return soon.

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

We didn’t spend much time at the Carriage House, we primarily used it for sleeping because we had relatives in town. When we were at the Carriage House for a leisurely moment we were comfortable and didn’t feel restrained. We notice an interesting selection of books to read and plenty of board games. We would stay again.

Marc has a beautiful home! Waking up and being surrounded by mountains is an amazing feeling and adds so much to the experience! The place was very cozy and has a homie feel. There are lots of things to do around Boulder and great places to explore!! I would recommend this stay to anyone.

The space was very private and clean. It was bigger than expected and the perfect space to stay!

We stayed without dogs and had a great time in the area. Very walkable neighborhood, safe area and clean space to stay in. Mark was always responsive with questions and proactive about checkin. Check out was seamless too. Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you have dogs.

Definitely worth the stay. They provide great recommendations. They were very communicative. Provided clear instructions. The place itself was beautiful and very clean. They were very sweet for letting us stay and they were the best host yet! Thank you for everything!

Close to trails, restaurants, shops, and anything you would want to do in Boulder, this jewel was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It offers a calm and restful place to stay with a reserved parking space. Exceptionally clean and crisp interior--lovely remodel. Stairs to second floor are steep but were no problem for us. Would stay here the next time we visit and will recommend to others.

This was a fantastic place to so end our anniversary. The hosts gave us wonderful dinner recommendations and it was as beautiful as described. We can’t wait to come back again.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

We had an incredible stay during our trip to Denver. The house was spotless and stocked with all the essentials. With plenty of restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away, we were able to explore the city like locals. We’d love to come back again!

Location was very convenient for us . Apartment was well equipped: bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen.

I appreciate how well Cheryl communicated and the flexibility for a slight early check in as we arrived earlier than we expected. The place was peaceful, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Will definitely look to stay here again when work or play bring me to this side of Colorado.

We had the best stay at Alison’s place! We were attending a wedding at a local hotel and the location of the Airbnb was perfect (18 minute walk or 5 minute drive). The home itself was so clean and beautiful. We loved drinking coffee on the patio each morning! We also loved walking up and down pearl street which was just a quick walk from her front door. Lastly, Alison always responded quickly and answered any questions we had. 100% would recommend staying here and we would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfy. Enjoyed the outside patio and view. It was a great location for us while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park!
